On May 22, 2022, I took my ****** frontier s title and a $1500.00 check to marine express office in Dorchester **, to be shipped to ***** for their next trip scheduled for the middle of June 2022. On May 28, 2022, I dropped off the truck at the *************** address *******************************************. For their own motive, Marine Express decided to postpone the shipment to the End of July due to issue with the boat according to Marine Express. I called the office several times just to make sure that Marine Express is in fact departing in July. Yes, Marine Express confirmed. At that point, I rescheduled my flight with JetBlue to *****, as I must be there to get the car through custom. I left for ***** on July 30, 2022, and still no car. I waited and waited. Every time I call the office, they keep on telling me next month and next month until finally on September 15, 2022, their boat finally arrived in ***** without my car on board, only because Marine Express had collected too many cars then the boat could actually transport. I spent over 2 months in a foreign country waiting for the car that never arrived due to Marine Express Bad Practice. Upon my return to ***, after wasted so much time and money, I requested from Marine Express to return my car, my title and the $1500.00 for the shipment.Finally, I recovered the car after several trips to **********, due to dead battery and a blown fuse after nearly five months park at the Pier. Until today, Marine Express refuses to mail out the car title.I need the car Title back, as I'll never engage in any business with this unprofessional business (the title must be clean of any defect that could interfere with title transfer)The Owner's name is:******************, President **************Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
I still have no answer from Marine Express. The company is still holding on to my car title. They don't even know where the title to the car is.

I did mail this guy the title and it was returned to me and then I tell him I'm not going to be we mailed again for some reason I mailed to him before and then we turned back to me for some reason for me. I thought his address. I don't know if his name is under on his mail that title was returned to me he wanted me to re send it back to him. I did not want to send it back to them my phone number is ************Customer response

This man is doing business the ******* way in ******* with no respect to customers. He is rooted deep with other businesses in this corrupt nation of ***** to rub innocent citizens. I can see that he is lying to BBB just to cover his eagle. I sent this attachment to BBB as proof that he has the right address because he used that very same address to send a refund check to me. I received the check through **** in my home. He is holding my title just to prevent me from shipping the car through another carrier. He knows that without the title, I'm stuck for a very longtime. He can only Lie but he can't hide, We are in **************************** NOT in *****.
