    Our pool was installed at the end of the season 2024...had some install concerns that **** (Service Manager) and *** (Service Lead) took control of and are fixing. The professionalism...and personal attention from them are above & beyond! Cannot wait to use the pool a ton this Summer!

    I just scheduled my pool opening and spoke with **** who has opened and closed my pool since I had it built. They are so conscientious when they come out and my pool is always crystal clear when they open it. They answer my questions right away and make sure I always know how to keep my pool looking gorgeous! This pool is so low maintenance, mine has a salt water system and I hardly have to do a thing all summer!! The customer service is fabulous and Im so grateful to have **** and his team out here every year to open and close my pool. They make having this pool completely stress free!!!!

    This company was happy to communicate with me to get me to purchase their pool. They initiated the permit process but unknown to me never finished it. The Town now has questions about completing the permit and Ambassador will not return my calls. I do not recommend this company!

    They have been excellent to deal with. From receptionists to the owner of the company - I have not had a bad experience. They follow through and keep their word which is not typical these days. **** in permits has been a lifesaver and has been instrumental every step of the way. The installation crew is quick and knowledgeable. ***** has been helpful with every phone call. I couldnt ask for better customer service. Plus the pool is amazing!! Highly recommend.

    We love our pool from Ambassador! With the triple filtration system the pool stays crystal clean. No need to vacuum, just switch the ball valve to drain only and brush debris towards one of the two drains on bottom of pool. If I had known how easy it was to maintain this pool I would have purchased one along time ago. The construction of this pool is very strong, and exceptionally beautiful! I love the wide deck on the end and theres plenty of walk space around the parameter of the pool deck. The railing that is installed completely around the pool is low maintenance, just wash with a hose and its good as new.

    We got our pool 4 years ago during the height of the pandemic. It was installed in one day. We have had zero issues in 4 years. We open the pool and close it by ourselves. On the weekend of Sept 14th, our heater would not kick on, We were having people over the next day and just wanted the heater on to take the chill out. We called the people that make the heater and could not get anyone on the phone. In a last ditch effort, I called the Ambassador Pool Service line and someone picked up on the second ring. **** was so willing to help. Asked pictures of the error code on the heater be sent to his cell phone. FaceTimed me and walked me thru how to fix it. He said do not stress, that if we could not get it up and running that he would have a tech out to my house at 10am on a Saturday. I was so impressed. I have never seen anyone care so much about customer service. I will be eternally grateful for someone going the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend getting a pool from Ambassador.

    We got our new pool in weeks not mouths as others told us they waited from another company. The pool is well designed, and we went with the salt program, and it is amazing!!! We do clean our pool almost daily, that takes no more than a couple minutes as the filter system works far better than our inground pool in *******. It is always crystal clear. I strongly suggest you be totally involved and present during the install to avoid any disappointments or confusion on the install. There were a few install follow **** but they were addressed in a timely manner. The pool is a good product, Ambassador has a long history of satisfied buyers. We swim in ours almost every day. Final note, be prepared to do a little relandscaping around the installation, mostly a good raking, some grass seed and lots of water for a few weeks.I would buy from this company again!!!
