      I rejected an appraisal by Cash for Gold USA, and my items were returned to me in damaged condition. Because the items were not packed with the same care I had given, a vintage silverware chest was damaged. The business claimed that check payment of $100 was sent to reimburse me for the damage on February 23 and that **** delivery could take up to 14 days. It is now the beginning of April, and they have not responded since March 10 to any follow-up to reissue payment.

      I submitted my complaint on 27 November 2021 against Cash for Gold USA. On 30 November I received a response from Cash for Gold stating they had sent all my thing back and that was all that was replied. On 2 December I declined their response and also on 2 December the BBB closed the case. Also during this time we got in touch with Cash for gold and their response was not that they had sent everything back. Instead they requested for me to send the pictures I had taken before I mailed it to them. They said they would review the security cameras. I also received on 30 November the same day they sent their response through the BBB asking me to tell them what piece was missing contradicting their response through the BBB. As of today they are still looking for the jewelry that wasn't sent back. I also was told this was closed and I do not know why because I am still missing jewelry and they are admitting they probably made a mistake.

      I sent several pieces of jewelry to Cash for Gold USA. It consisted of several necklaces, watches and bracelets. I received a response back from them by email stating an offer of $15. I declined the offer and requested my jewelry be sent back. I received my jewelry and after going through it with the inventory and pictures I had taken before I sent it out it seems I am missing a blue faced fossil watch, a couple of gold necklaces and a couple of silver necklaces. I contacted them with no response. All together the jewelry that wasn't returned is valued at $200.

      I sent my family diamond ring to them because their site offers free appraisals and an offer within 24 hours and said it was a member of the BBB. My ring was appraised for insurance purposes years ago for over *******. I didn't expect an offer anywhere near that but they only offered $405 which I promptly declined and called to find out what the appraisal was based on their advertising. I was connected with a person who couldn't even initially tell me what size the diamonds were. I finally got an email from him saying what the cut and clarity was of the main diamond but not the other 4. It was ridiculous. It wasn't an appraisal at all. Not even for wholesale value and he seemed to know nothing about my ring or the other 4 diamonds. They went up to $900 and I still turned it down and said I wanted it returned via ***** insured the way I sent it to them and was told it would be returned. It has now been a week and I am getting texts like I haven't even sent them the ring and have already called multiple times. 1. They do NOT offer appraisals. They should not be able to advertise that. They are like a **** shop and just offer you a cash offer.2. The appraisal took 4 business days from the time I sent it overnight. NoT 24 hours as advertised all over their website.3. They did not and have NOT returned my ring promptly no questions asked as advertised. It has been a week and I still don't even have a tracking number.4. They sent me a text saying I accepted their offer and I had NOT and called the guy back and followed up with the attached email and another phone call to customer service another day. See texts asking me to send it in like they don't have it!Very scared I may not get my ring back and if I do it won't have the 1930's ***************************** from my Great Great Aunt with the original cut.Please help

      7555064 acct customer Oct 23 I sent 2 boxes of old gold hundreds of years old registered bars that were buried in sand and cotton burlap bags. Erosion of the years gave the gold a unappealing luster harder to sale locally I sent it to this company rated 1# on internet they contacted me stating my packages where scanned on there way to facility. Once it reached there facility I get email asking me how would I like to get paid and that they retrieve my boxes.. that was all and that was Oct. 25th 2021 they emailed me after I contacted them few times asking where is my appraisal or my gold nov 1 they asked what was in my packaging and what I was looking to receive questions they should know from getting the boxes with my gold and payment instructions. I don't trust they will follow threw on the professional level ignoring me and silence makes me squeemish and unsettled my gold or cash is wat is like to have. To give u a overall amount cash value on gold scent 3 bars from Early 1500's where 1000 oz bars I sent them 140 pounds of this gold they haven't tried resolving matter with me at all. Please if my gold isnt going to be returned a wire transfer is preferred I don't trust the practices of this establishment at all. Please bring resolve to this matter please and thank you

      This business is also called cash for gold where the customer can send the their gold their and get appraised and possibility sell it if the offer is agreed upon. I had send in my gold in august. Received an offer on 9/1 which i declined. My gold should be sent back to me as Ive declined the offer. But i cannot get a hold of anyone to get the gold sent back. I would like to get my gold back.
