I scheduled an appointment to go look at the car I was interested in which was a 2007 ***** Odyssey EX-L fwd w/ DVD, which was listed as available and cross posted on multiple platforms including their own website. They called me an hour before my scheduled appointment to make sure I was still going to look at the car and I told them I was on my way. I drove 2 hours to go look at a car that they didn't even have. They have many cars listed for sale that they didn't even have or they already sold. When I arrived they tried to sell me a piece of junk that had apparent damage from some sort of collision and was also unsafe due to the sliding door on the driver's side not being able to close securely. Before I noticed the defect he told me the car has had no accidents and his words was this is a nice safe family vehicle. I then pointed out a huge dent on the passenger side sliding door and then mentioned that the light was on indicating the door was open and no matter how hard I tried I could not get it to close. So why would he say that the vehicle is safe knowing that the door does not close and if I purchased it my kids could fall out. He then tried to convince me that if I purchased the car he would have the latch fixed but I'd have to initiate the purchase first. I absolutely wasn't going to purchase the vehicle after knowing they lied to me in the first place. The whole experience was sketchy if they lied about showing me a car they knew they didn't have and then failed to mention an obvious defect that would impair the safety of vehicle on top of visible damage caused by a collision it makes me wonder what else they are lying about. Buyers beware!!
