Kevin T owner of Essential Properties was contracted to replace my main door to my multi family property. He agreed he would start on a Thursday but then when the day came for him to start he immediately changed it up and said he couldn't start because he over worked his hand and that the docs said he needed to take a few days off so he can rest his hand for he got capatunel. Anyhow seeing he took on the job knowing his hands were in bad condition he agreed he'd still take the door and leave it at the property site where the work was to be done and he would leave it in the hallway area and take a picture of it so I knew it was there and that the door was actually purchased. Time went by that night around 8 I noticed I got no pictures so I followed up with him and he said he was in ****** going to meet a girl and that he was just going to hold on to the door. I said why would you pass worcester and not drop off the door and he said he didn't think it was a problem if he just held onto it. Anyhow I told him the agreement was to drop off the door at the property site and that he should've been more up front and told me he was going to change the plans. I told him again he needs to drop the door off at the property and send me a picture and I'd like to see a receipt that the door was actually purchased because at that point I became suspicious that he might not have actually purchased the door with the 500 dollar deposit I sent him via cash app. Once again the night came to an end and I got no pictures and no receipt that he purchase the door and when Saturday came for him to show up to do the job he failed to do it and just kept my money and I've been asking him to refund me back the money and it's just been a back and fourth battle with his games to give me my money back.
