ill give this bussiness 0 starts because i bought a used car from them and the same day i drove my car home after i picked it up the car start having problems with the transmission, A/C and a safety issue, when i was told the car was used but in perfect condition. Since that day i've been going there for the same issues, that they tell is already fix but after i drive a couple miles i'm having the same problems again with the car. i told them i want to exchange the car and they told i can do it but i lost the money i put down for it. they always avoiding fix the car properly and they always give a hard time to get a rental even tho its not my fault that they scammed me with a defective car . (This is the fourth time i had to bring the car but to then so they can fix the same things that they said they fixed since the beggining but this time its been almost two weeks and i havent heard anything from them)

****************We have brought our car, 2014 Highlander LE to Expressway Toyota on the 2/8/2023 because the all wheel system light went off. Left the car there to be repaired in the mist of them repairing $489.00 job it turned into $948.00 job.Reason being, they said the mechanic broke a piece while removing a part. Paid for the work on the car, had the car for 2 days, then the light came back on 2 days later. We brought the car back and they would to it back on the machine to find out what the problem was. Then they said, cam shaft and some other things. So, once again, we left the car so they could order parts to repair the car at the cost of $1085.57 2/15/23.After having the car for only 3 days, the light came back on again, returned it for all wheel drive system again. This time, they said they would open a case on the car. The car remained with the dealership for the whole month of March. Went to pick the car up today, guess what, the light came on after driving 20 minutes away from the dealership. The car is back in their possession. In the meantime or should I say in between time, they lost my battery and claimed they replaced it, drove my car to ************* and for what reason. One day I came to pick up my car, they could not find the car or keys to my car. At this point, it leads me to believe they ae untrustworthy.

I have had several problems when taking my 2012 Toyota Sienna van in for check *** or repairs, one Toyota was scamming me and breaking parts and tried to make me pay for them until I did research on the parts they broke and brought to their attention, when I did that they did fix the part with out charge, but if I did not research the problem, they would have got away with it. When I kept going in for an oil change they keep making me pay for new windshield wipers even though they did not need replacing and charged me 30 dollars for each wiper, and did not inform me til I found out and asked them why. Then after oil change I had lights indicating they did not even put fluids in that was part of the oil package, so I was paying for service and not even receiving the service. Toyota broke my lug nuts and tried to blame me, but later admit it was their fault after I brought the research to them about the part. They broke my heat plate, when fixing another part, when I told them I heard something funny after a repair they made, they tried to ignore me, but after I kept brining the van in to get checked they realized what they did, they broke a lining on the side door, that they later admit an fixed, now I replaced a battery I bought from them 2x and I am now going back a 3rd time because the battery again failed and does not work and its only been a month since they relpace the other one that did not work and I am still having the same issue they will not resolve. I have a two year warranty on the battery still it has not even been 6 months or 3 since battery was replaces twice, the battery currently now is dead, they will not give me roadside assistance to look at the battery that has been broke, stated I have a two year warranty on the battery still now

I have a 2019 four door Toyota Tundra. The truck was still under 3 year ****** mile warranty on the date of service on December 31, 2021.My passenger side door next to the driver could not open from inside. I discovered the door issue on December 8, 2021.I waited until December 31,2021 to have the door repaired. Before taking the truck to the dealer, I examined all other doors and found they all worked fine and CHILD SAFTY LOCKS FOR THE TWO REAR DOORS WORKED FINE.Somehow Expressway mistook the front passenger door for a rear passenger door. Expressway Toyota wrote in the final invoice quote "C/S STATES REAR PASSENGER DOORS ARE ABLE TO BE OPEN FRONT THE INSIDE PLEASE ADVISE ON CAUSE. **** FOUND THAT REAR PASSENGER DOOR ON THE RIGHT HAS A BROKEN CHILD LOCK" unquote (this is the direct quote). When I picked up my car, Expressway did not repair the front passenger door, and damaged the child safety lock for the rear right passenger door. The dealer wanted to charge me $365.06 to fix the rear right door.Repeated phone calls and email messages afterwards did not get any reply from Expressway from January 2022 to August, 2022.

The dealer's customer service representative called me the day after I wrote the review. She offered to fix the doors for me. I told ******* that I appreciated her calling me back and I need to think about her offer, because I am afraid of the possible repercussion about my review.

Horrible, horrible dealer loyalty and service to customers. They allowed a deal to fall through for $168 even though I bought several cars from them. Managers do not return calls. One manager named ***** claimed that I was "mean" to him previously but when I asked him how was I mean, he couldn't answer. This dealer do not give a **** about your loyalty to them, they will s**** you every chance they get. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer! One sales person I dealt with was extremely rude and incompetent. I think they feel since it is hard to get a car now, they can treat customers anyway they want. Eventually, car sales will be back to normal and people will remember how awful this dealer is!

I emailed back and forth with Kat confirming the exact price of the Toyota Tacoma truck I was looking for, Kat confirmed IN WRITING all of the fees associated with the purchase. "We only have one charge of the doc fee of $495. The government charges the sales tax of ****% and plates/reg-$135. We take care of the inspection sticker." Kat told me I could make a deposit over the phone to reserve the truck, when I called and was ready to give her my cc number she went on to tell me there was an extra 1k "premium" fee on top of the cost I was quoted. To be blatantly lied to like this is un excusable, this is shady car dealer tactics at their worst. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
