            I have ************************** *** care which covers nitrous oxide which I had requested because I have to have several teeth removed. This business doesn't give a **** about its patience or me *************** ***************************. The doctor ***************** who does nitrous oxide is refusing to do it because he claims he doesn't get paid enough. Which is freaking unethical discriminatory and illegal. I've been trying since September to obtain the proper paperwork for the oral surgeon and they just keep giving me the runaround over the runaround over the run around and quite frankly I'm f****** sick of it. The staff hung up on me three times this morning. And I want to file a complaint to the fullest extent of the law and I want to have this disgusting business that has a failing grade with the BBB. I have insurance and they need to do the freaking work. I requested a referral I was told it would be done yesterday along with a request for a copy of my medical records and guess what what do you know they didn't do jack **** I will never ever go back to this f****** despicable disgusting establishment that is run by a bunch of f****** chinks who only concern is making money. They accept insurance but they claim they don't get paid enough b******* I will also be filing a lawsuit. Did I mention that the a******* at luxe dental hung up on me three f****** times this morning.? Well they did people and I want them to pay to be put out of business because they are a woefully understaffed organization that doesn't give a f*** about its patients. Namely me *********************************. I want to provide my phone number which is ************ I have called them since freaking September and they just f****** ignore me like today they hung up on me three different times so as far as I'm concerned I hope somebody not me but I hope somebody blows the f*** out of their building. And just so you know it won't be me I don't have explosives but I hope somebody does because they're a ****** organization.

            Worse run dental office ever. You have to wait an hour to be seen and forget ortho Fridays, it is a circus!! Three years later *** is trying to bill me over $1,000 for claims that they received payment from my dental insurance for years ago. *** is also trying to rebill me for a filling that they did not do correctly. Filling fell out 4 hours after I got it done. I pointed out the sign posted on the wall that says they guarantee all fillings, crowns, dental work for 5 years and will redo for free. OR NOT!!! I also got a random call from the billing department asking how I wanted to pay again. When I responded that insurance already paid them and told them I would gladly bring them all the proof, man just said he would research and call back. No call back but in a couple of months, same issue comes up again and I get another random call with a promise to call back and no resolution.
