  December 2021 I hired the owner ********************* to replace rotted floor and porch trim and railings on my front porch. When I thought he completed the job I paid him $5,000 but asked him not to forget the little corner railing piece of of 6 inches which he took off to measure it in the store and inadvertantly forgot to replace it with the new piece. He said he'd bring it right back snd complete the job. Weeks went by, phone calls from me, more weeks, more promises fom him, months went by, more phone calls and more promises. Then I started texting him and he got angry, stated he was too busy and then said he'd charge me $200 plus for setting up machinery and time for this porch job he was hired for in the first place. Now I have a missing trim piece right in front of my porch which is so obvious. He also charge me $700 for a pallet of bluestone for a stepping stone path and it was on sale for $46 less. He kept the money and now claims thats for charging me to go to look at the stone at the stone yard without telling me in advance there would be a charge.I could have gone myself and worked with a sales person over there. He was charging me for the stone only because I asked him at the time how much the pallete of stone was. This is a dishonest man trying to take advantage of an 82 year old woman.
