              Item was sent in for warranty repair in April along with receipt. Emails have been sent inquiring about repair and no response was received. I spoke with customer service and received an update. My item was out of stock and a credit was agreed upon for the amount paid. The credit was to be issued by the end of the day. Fast forward to almost a month later, unanswered emails and no credit issued.

              Purse was defective with a pocket that was never sewn shut correctly and peeling. Have the receipt. Got it as a gift. Wanted it to be repaired, but of course I have to pay the shipping myself to return it. It was a big handbag. Just shipped it off and it cost me almost $65. This is ridiculous for a barely used defective handbag that is under warranty. I paid over $400 for it with tax. Not fair to have to pay additional money to have a defective bag repaired. I also shipped it the cheapest way I could while still having it insured. I want to cry. I won't be buying any more Brahmin bags. Not worth the expense and stress. They really should include the shipping if it is under warranty. Now Im afraid it won't get repaired properly and I may have to ship it again. No more.
