      I purchased a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport from 21st Century Motors, now called ********** located at ********************************************** on Friday, February 4, 2023, but unfortunately, my experience with their service was incredibly disappointing. The car did not meet the advertised standards, as the tint was not up to state inspection regulations. The legal tint limit in ************* is 35%, but the tint on the car was measured lower, which is below the legal limit. Additionally, the headlamp was fogged up, putting it at risk of failing inspection. In addition, there were several other necessary repairs that amounted to over $8,000 in expenses. It wasn't until I brought the car to *********************, located at *************************************************************, for a thorough inspection on Thursday, March 3, 2023. Unfortunately, my troubles didn't stop there. Almost two months after purchasing the vehicle, it has yet to be registered due to oversights on the part of the dealership. The required affidavit of repossession was missing and obtaining the owner's signature was also neglected. Despite my attempts to contact the dealership, they refused to answer my calls. *********************, the salesman I dealt with, is no longer with the business, which raises concerns about their practices. When I visited the dealership on Saturday, March 25, 2023, I found it empty, despite their advertised hours stating they were open on Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM EST. ***********************, the owner of 21st Century Motors, has not been helpful in resolving the issues with the car purchase. Despite the fact that the car did not meet the advertised standards, **************** has not taken any action to assist in retrieving the affidavit of repossession or in accurately advertising the car online. Furthermore, he has not addressed the issues with illegal tints and fogged headlamps, which are significant concerns that could impact the safety and legality of the vehicle, not to mention the $8,000+ in repairs.

      I bought a 2008 ***** Suburban Early April 2022 from 21st Century Motors. The first week the vehicle broke down. They had to take the vehicle back for a few days and fix the oil leak, electric locks, ** Unit, and dead battery. We got the vehicle back, and then the ** stopped working. So, they took the vehicle back again and brought it to a mechanic where they had the vehicle for 7 days. When I got the vehicle back, the ** unit went again. I have been unable to drive the vehicle in the last 2-3 months. I asked for service slips of the work completed on my vehicle and they were denied. I asked to speak to the owner, and they refused to give me his contact information. I have sent a demand letter with no response. I have asked for a full refund of the vehicle and they said "we dont give refunds, but you can pick another car off the lot." After being ripped off by them multiple times during this transaction alone i did not trust them to take a different vehicle. Now, they will not respond to calls or emails. At this point, I just want my money back in full including sales tax which i am entitled to per the Lemon Law.

      Unfortunately your Suburban did have an issue the first week or so of having it. There was a small oil leak coming from the dipstick that we fixed, the a/c wasn't working properly and we replaced the a/c condenser and there was no issue with the battery when you brought it to us. It was at 14v and the whole charging system was working properly. It stinks that the a/c did not work again for you a few weeks later or so which for a separate issue with the a/c, that time it was the a/c pressure switch which we replaced and recharged your system again no questions asked. I am the owner and we did speak a few times about the repairs, my sales people don't give out my personal number but i was in contact with you. When it did happen a third time with your a/c, i explained to you the repairs that we made and offered for you to bring back to us or i was willing to let you bring it to your own mechanic and we would work it out with you. After that we never heard anything from you or your mechanic so we assumed that it was a simple fix and you just didn't bother us. It really is our fault for not following up to check on how you made out.

      Test drove car and purchased on 7/15 We were told they would align the car and get an inspection sticker before they registered it. We picked it up on July 21st There was an inspection sticker on it and they told us it was aligned.We drove it home.On the drive, it was still pulling.Friday (next day, I was backing out of driveway to go to work and went to beep horn to say by. It did not work.I then looked at inspection paperwork and the start and finish time for inspection was 5 min. (red flag!)We immediately called dealership. The person who answered said we could get a price here in Foxboro and they would reimburse if reasonable. We just paid 19k in cash for this car.We proceeded to go to a local mechanic .My dad was driving in front, when he looked in rearview mirror, he noticed the headlights flickering.We asked our mechanic to check lights, horn and then I asked to check alignment.All 3 thinks need to be repaired. I receive pricing and sent to dealership. No response.I need my car, so I had local guy fix what was wrong.We would like to be reimbursed for the work we had to do the day after we purchased a car that supposedly passed inspection. ($298.76)Today 8/25 the shift cable broke and its in the shop again for another ******

      Sorry, for the no-response here earlier. We believed that we settled this over the phone. That was a mistake on the state inspection station's part if the horn was not working but it also could have faulted out after that (who knows) we do not try to slip anything on purpose. That is and was an easy fix that we could have made you bring the Jeep back to ** to repair but seeing as you were and hour away and it was an easy fix we agreed to let you have your mechanic and we sent you a check ($298.76) that was cashed for the repairs. As far as anything else that happened after 8/16/22 you were out of warranty which we had explained to you and gave you copies of the warranty paperwork that you explained and you had signed upon taking delivery. Mass requires us to give a 30 or **** mile warranty.
