            I hired Grace Paint to scrape, prime and paint the trim, small shed, and one deck. They completed the job in late June 2021 and I paid them the balance of $2000. The entire job was $3,800. The last day one of the painters was here, he painted the shed just as it was about to rain. Almost immediately, there was mildew on the shed. The painter in charge, on the last day, gave one coat of paint to the deck. No scraping, no primer. The paint is pealing. I wrote to the owner about this. He did not respond. I wrote to him two days ago and he did not respond. They also did not scrape and prime and paint the upper trim on one side of the house. When I went to repaint the deck I found a roller floating in the paint can. They also broke a bird bath. The owner of the company said, he would replace it. Of course he never did. The owner of the company barely made an appearance. Instead, the so-called job manager was often angry and impatient. The occasional other painters seemed equally inept.
