5 starsRevise did fine work from start to finish. Massave is another story. Revise has an employee dedicated to handling Massave difficulties. If you get your rebate, it will be quite late. 1 starI had revise do my insulation work about a year and a half ago. They completely botched the job. I recently called an independent inspector to come in with thermal imaging to see what they missed. WHOLE SECTIONS of primary rooms: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms, etc. Were missing insulation.The images were purple showing that cold air was passing right through.They were then contacted to redo that work. Today is the day they were scheduled to do that work. They no-called no showed the job. Which is the same thing they did to me two years ago. I had to chase them down then and I had to chase them down today. They tried to give me some bs excuse that the truck broke down today. Except that I got an automated text message yesterday at 4pm that looked like they were trying to reschedule the appointment. So which is it? The audacity of trying to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, not confirming with me at all and just deciding that "nope we aren't sending anyone and we aren't calling the homeowner." I had to call them after they were 2 hours late for the appointment.If you are getting insulation work done please do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else to do it for you. I worked with ***** ****** to get the estimate for my hybrid water heater. He did a thorough job presenting all the features of the system. The quote was reasonable. Scheduling was very quick once the work permit was obtained from the town. Installation was great. There were 3 installers who were very polite. ***** explained pertinent information about the water heater once installed. They finished in about 2 hours. Water heater is currently working very well. Will be interested to see how much savings there will be on my electric bill with the hybrid unit. Overall, a pleasant experience working with Revise.Revise, Inc.

Horrible. Liars. Don't share detail plans and won't tell you what they're going to do before they install it. Don't install according to spec. Revise and DiPietro Heating and Cooling are the same company. See their reviews and your mouth will drop. Very important.The audit was done, and what they said was approved and what they installed were two different things. Was told a heat pump would save me on my heating. Was told there would be a walk through on the day of installation.November 11, 2024, The two techs who arrived to install the **** heat pump just stared working. When one turned on the Fujitsu thermostat and I asked him a question. He said, "I don't know anything about these units." He left my house a mess, insulation in two ducts.The thermostat never worked properly. They installed it above my Nest. So the heat pump set to 70, blasted hot air at full blast when the Nest thermometer read *****. Complained. Told this was normal. My audit *** told me to play around with it. I later turned on the Fujitsu thermometer. It consistently read 2 degrees less than the Nest below. Remember heat rises. Also they installed the thermostat tilted. I complained x1000. Finally, a month later, Revise sent a tech back out, all he did was yell, blame me, and lie to my face. Did nothing. He left the unit functioning worse than when he arrived. He accused me of approving plans, that I never saw.The whole thing was forwarded to a manger. ***** left me a voicemail. "We will take care of you, now that it's in my hands." I called him back. Silence. When someone else at Revise heard, they told me to "Text *****." HAVE ******** heating costs, (electric and gas combined) since installation have been up 20 percent that first month, and 15 percent since. While the Heat pump thermostat set currently set to 68 reads 69, the rooms it serves are 66 and 65. Costs up. Heat down. No ************ yourself the hassle. Don't use Revise or DiPietro.Revise, Inc.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience with Revise has not met your expectations. Given your system installation was through a state-funded program, approval of the job scope had to be submitted, reviewed and approved by the lead vendor agency. After the job scope was approved for your two units, details of the project were emailed to you prior to scheduling the job. We take the accusations of your described technician interactions very seriously and have had discussions with each team member who has been on site at your property. The described issues with your thermostats being 2-3 degrees different is not unusual in the **** business. All thermostats have slightly different calibrations and measurement tolerance bands and +/- 2 degrees is very normal. Our latest visit revealed that the system is operating within normal ranges with solid output temperatures at each unit. We are happy to schedule a follow-up appointment with a manager to review your system again and see if we can diagnose any operational abnormalities.Review fromSam F

I selected Revise to upgrade my electricity by 20 amps in order to additionally install 3 mini splits in cooler areas of my home. The new mini splits were installed in my basement, kitchen and sunroom. The rest of my house had 7 older mini splits. The electricians arrived promptly and finished the upgrade in time for the mini split team to complete their installment by the end of the next day. All installers were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Three days later, everything is working well. The planning was arranged and coordinated by ***** ****** of Revise. Revise also sent a quality control technician *** *******, for final evaluation. All worked out well.***Revise, Inc.
