    September 2023 my husband and I bought a 2020 tuscson we have brought it no where else but ************* for service..we brought it on for a rim which we weren't serviced for 2x and currently in for a break job..They have lost paperwork , sent the car away without being serviced for the rim..Now on June 19 2024 for the rim (again) and break job left the car their all day with the standard of it will be ready at 5 it's getting really old with the service department not only doing this to us and others but being rude on top of it..They have lost people's paperwork and will sit their and chat while people are waiting hours..why ****** making an appointment when no intentions of the work being done? The car is fully paid off we owe nothing on the car?

    Purchased a '24 Palisade Night in December. It took over a month for our registration, causing us to drive on a expired paper tag ( dealer said its OK to do so.) Hidden fees prompted a overcharge of $1700 , which after a month and a half and numerous attempts, we received all but $ 200 back( another hidden charge for their 3rd party running the registration. Their vehicle prep on this $58k car resulted in me finding an empty washer fluid tank, sticky residue all over the interior( from protective plastic from shipping, and some OF the protective plastic on the exterior that wasn't removed. As a returning customer, I will not recommend GR Hyundi. Their slogan " we treat you like family" is b.s. Might I add, I tried calling Gary directly, and was connected to someone else. I emailed **** twice with zero reply. He denied ever getting my emails. Shady untransparent dealer to avoid. If you do go there, pay attention to the fees and your money. If I didn't, they would have kept the $1700.

    As Gary's General Manager I reached out to ************** to try and apologize for the items he was upset about. We are a Massachusetts Dealership and we register a lot of out of State Vehicles. To do so we utilize ***************. They charge a fee for the service. The total is not always exact and we refund any difference as a practice here at our Store. When I did communicate with the customer he did not want to pursue any other remedies to his concerns and made it clear he was just making sure we knew and that other customers were aware. The vehicle is actually in his wife's name .I am happy to discuss further with the client if he wants.
