            My mom had her bathroom remodeled to take the tub out and put in a walk in shower for her convenience and safety. The job was performed in August/September 2023. Thee were several issues with the initial results, but after several months and complaints, Bath Busters did resolve most of the issues. However, one issue that they never addressed nor resolved was the fact that the shower does not drain properly. The water is past your ankles by the time you are done with your shower. This is not pleasant nor safe for my 87 year old mother so she hardly was able to use the shower. Before agreeing to the project and during the project, we expressed the importance of making sure the shower drained properly and we were insured that it would. After repeated complaints and seven months, Bath Busters has not addressed this issue. This was a $30,000 project and it is totally unacceptable at this point. It was not easy for my elderly, retired, mother to come up with this amount of money, but she did based on the hopes this would make her life easier and it has been nothing but a hassle.

            Bath Busters was a great experience from start to finish. The team is great and they know what they are doing. Compared to other companies their pricing was the best. I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the installers. Most of all the quality and look of the shower is amazing and only adds value to my home. I highly recommend Bath Busters!
