Coworker referred me to Leominster Appliance Repair to repair my fridge since they've received services from them in the past a few years ago. Called Thursday February 24th at 12 pm and they said they need card info for a $95 fee to set up an appointment, but charge will remain as pending and repair man will provide an invoice for the part needed and the rest of the cost it will take to repair the fridge. They came same day to look at the fridge, but never gave me an Invoice as told over the phone. I thought since they said they will be coming back the next day maybe they would have it then. Repair man told me that the part should be available Friday 25th or Saturday the 26th and that he will call me when the refrigerator part has arrived to let me know what time he was coming on Friday or Saturday. The guy was at my house for less than 20 minutes. Never called back as he said. I called them and told me the part didn't arrive on time before they closed on Saturday. They are advertised online on their website that they are open 24 hours everyday. On Saturday afternoon they told me that they will come Monday 27th from 2-4pm. No one ever arrived as promised. Called them again and tell me that the repair man is running late and will arrive 5-6 pm, no one ever arrived. Called them again and told that they should arrive from 7-8 pm due to a delay. Told my friend that recommended me the place and said they weren't supposed to charge me over the phone for an appointment that they arrive and charge you in person after their work is completed and that what happened to me was fishy. This is unacceptable for a business to be running a scam like this and never completing the work. They also use this other phone number ************** when I asked for a callback on Saturday regarding my appointment, since they never showed up that afternoon. They just give different times every time I call and never show up, nor have they given me receipt for the $95 charge. I am tired of contacting them for false promises and filed a dispute with my bank. They never called to tell me they're late or to cancel/reschedule. I've been chasing them over the phone. Noticed that the $95 charge is also under a different company name The Appliance Repair Man. Filed dispute in hopes for a refund due to unprofessional service.
