      On August 11, 2024 I ordered a set of tail lights for my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. I recieved the order in about a week and tried to install them. After installing one, I tried to see if it worked and it did not. The wiring was wrong. I went on their web site to return the defective parts but two weeks after I submitted the form, they emailed me asking for more questions but when I replied to the email it bounced back to me saying that the email address was revoked and email was blocked. I then tried to call their phone number and they don't take calls just leave a message and someone will contact me back. I then emailed their corporate email address and it came back to me as well saying it was possibly typed wrong (I copied it from their web site). Now I have no way to respond to their email and I am out of the $90.99 plus tax. I want my money back and these people shouldn't be allowed to do business in the **.

      Brought parts from them and contacted them about the warranty and they assumed the parts I need and shipped out the wrong parts. Contact them again and was told that they would ship out the correct part but refused to overnight the part even though they messed up. Was told the part shipped and would arrive on 6/27/2024. Part never showed up. Contact them again and now was told that the part will be here on 6/03/2024. We are leaving on vacation and won't be back til 6/12/2024. The part is for the vehicle we will be driving over ******************************* enough time to get the parts but now the company refuses to make it right and now the lied on the shipping of the part.

      Thursday, November 09, 2023. I purchased a Front & Rear Ceramic Brake Pad & Rotor Kit with 10 year warranty. On February 13, 2024, I sent a email to the seller requesting a replacement set. I informed the company the front were definitely warped and the back will soon follow. Only had the rotors on my car for 3 months and already warped. I requested a pre-paid shipping label to return the warped rotors. I was informed: If a warranty replacement is needed outside the first 60 days of purchase, we are happy to ship the replacement free of charge. Ask that the customer cover the return shipping costs to continue the warranty. Should you choose not to return part(s), please be advised the warranty will be void and no longer eligible for a replacement. This information is NOT on the website when I purchased the rotors or I would not have purchased this product. This is false information and not advertised. They sent 2 rotors from the kit for a replacement. After further investigation, the back rotors are warped too. I reached out again letting them know the rear rotors were warped. The agent tried to tell me it was uncommon for all 4 to be warped within 100 days of being installed. They asked for my vin #, and diagnostics showing they were warped. I reached back out with the info and tried sending a live video of the diagnostic. The company will not send a link oso I can send the video. I continue to email back and forth w/ different agents who are not answering the questions. The longer they wait the more issues I will have with the brake pads as well. This is creating a safety hazard causing decreased brake performance. I have also tried to contact **** with help and I can not talk to a "live agent" or email anyone. It is impossible to speak with anyone and very frustrating. My original rotors lasted 100,000 miles.. these are junk and I only foresee more issues. I want a refund so I can purchase rotors from the dealership that back there warranties.

      We apologize that you ran into this issue but we are only able to issue replacements under the lifetime warranty, our return window is only 60 days.  It is very uncommon to have such issues with all 4 corners shortly after installation and we recommend you check the braking system for any other issues that might be causing this to happen.  Things such as brake calipers are a good place to start, as this issue could be caused by sticking brake calipers.  Also we recommend double checking that all the brake parts were installed correctly.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

      I am rejecting this response because: as you can see from all the documentation I have attached to this complaint, I tried countless times to send a video. Also, my husband has been an automotive instructor/mechanic for over 35 years. He is very aware and educated on when something on any vehicle is NOT working correctly. Again, it is common for all 4 rotors to be warped in less than 100 days.  This is what happens when a company produces a junk product. This company also does not stand behind their 10 year warranty.  The website does not disclose that the customer has to cover the return shipping of the failed brake rotors in order to continue to warranty the parts.  I would have never of purchased this product if that was the case. This is considered false advertising and very deceptive. I want a refund!

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion regarding our warranty at the time of purchase. All warranties begin on the date of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser. If an item fails during intended use before its warranty expiration, it can be exchanged for a new replacement of the original item. Warranties cover only the cost of the item and do not cover any damage, labor, return shipping costs, or any other inconveniences incurred. An item that has been installed is not eligible to be returned for a refund but may be eligible for a replacement of the original item. 

      Due to the age of your original order, the product is no longer eligible for a refund. At this time, your free warranty replacement has already been shipped out and delivered. You have 60 days to return the defective items to continue the warranty. If you wish to not return the defective parts, your warranty will be void and you will no longer be eligible for any further replacements. We apologize for the inconvenience and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance, thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: this information should be provided on the website before a buyer purchases a product. This company is very deceptive and does not stand behind their product. I am not the only person who is having issue with this company.  I am reading all the reviews from BBB and ****** of consumer and this is an issue.  The next step is reporting the company to the Federal Trade Commission.

      I purchased some front struts for my 2017 gmc terrain through Amazon, Am auto supplied the parts upon receiving them the rubber was torn under the springs I informed Amazon they said they would contact the seller in which they didnt once the seller finally contacted me they said the parts had a ten year warranty Amazon charged me twice when I ordered the parts and I was refunded, no am auto wont honor the warranty because they said I was refunded even though I told them it was from being charged twice in which that has nothing to do with the warranty because am was still paid for the struts. And they say they cant honor the warranty because I was refunded even though I told them multiple times why.

      The company is consistently saying I got a refund and thats why they wont replace the parts, Amazon charged my card twice by mistake thats why I got a refund also the company still got paid for the parts so the warranty should still be in place.

      This attachment clearly shows one refund and it also shows I was charged twice thats why I was refunded I have showed them this several times but they keep saying I was refunded for the parts in which I wasnt

      I bought brakes and rotor kit form AM autoparts on Jan 16 2021.The parts are warranted for 10 years. Two and a half years down the road, they are junk. When i contacted them, they started playing games, hide and seek and all that. They aren't honest.

      Friday November 15, 2019. I purchased a front and rear strut set with a 10 year warranty. On June 6, 2023. I sent a email to the seller requesting a replacement set due to the front strut broke its stopper and was bottoming out with every bump. They sent 1 of the 4 struts from the kit for a replacement, Which throws off the ride height and stability. I sent another email requesting at least the other front strut as they are to be replaced in pairs as they did not send the whole kit as they were suppose to. After a run around for the next 2 weeks. They decide they are not going to honor their 10 year warranty. They say they are issuing a refund as of the June 23, 2023. It is July6, 2023 and there has been no refund and no parts.

      purchase made on ******. i had registered my 2011 bmw x5 4.0i. ordered front brake rotors ,driver and passenger sides plus brake pads. received rotors and brake pads for a BMW 3.5d. not a 4.0i contacted company and they were apologetic but did not explain why the problem. happened. am autoparts sent me a return lable. i am a disabled combat veteran in a wheelchair. the parts weigh 70 pounds and created a big problem for me .went to *** and shipped the parts back. i am not a happy camper with this company.

      I had purchased 2 mirrors on **** from am autoparts on **** in March 2021. I have tried to email their customer service after 1 mirror failed. They would respond always asking questions where the answer was already in the email. They kept playing this game a about 10 emails nothing getting resolved. Always a new representative asking same questions over and over. Very difficult to communicate with them. Website shows 10 year warranty on the product and they wont honor it. I would like a replacement.

      For over 3 weeks I’ve been trying to return two auto parts to AM auto parts and they have been doing nothing but playing games. Bouncing me from one thing to the next. All I needed were return shipping labels and they kept playing hide n seek.

      Purchased sellers product as described on their ad. When I received the incorrect/incomplete order. The seller then changed the description of their ad, and proceeded to tell me that I ordered incorrectly and the order was fulfilled correctly. Fortunately, for me, I took a screenshot of their ad and sent it to them, informing them that they are liars, and that theyre in violation of the fair trade act. They proceeded to tell me that the order has been fulfilled correctly, even with visual proof that it was not.
