      I have purchased a bullet proof vest from them 11/18/21 in the amount of $910.00. Since then they have been giving me the run around about the production of it and now there no longer accepting or responding to my calls or emails. I would like either my product or a full refund. Thank you

      We believe we have had consistent communication with the customer over the last few months. Although we have been unable to have the product out within the desired time frame, we have extended our sincerest apologies over the delay. We vow to do our diligence in getting this rectified. We hope our customers are able to see we are a local American / ********************* that has been operational for 15 years, with no hiccups of this caliber. These last two years have been extremely unpredictable, and we have been doing everything in our power to provide a quality product and exceptional customer service. We feel very badly for the recent setbacks weve been facing and are working toward more transparent communication with any customer affected during that time.

      We apologize again for the trouble and frustration this has brought you and we fully expect that you will be satisfied in your item.

      We have had email communication with the customer on the following dates, as well as offering an alternate item to use as a temporary replacement until the original order was fulfilled. Supporting documents are attached below.
