      I bought a bag very recently and a wheel bursted while being handled by the airport. Even though this bag has been bought in the last year 1. Samsonite corporate did not have replacement parts 2. I was advised a repair wouldn't be covered by warranty because it was damaged in transit and 3. A repair would have to be done in *********** (because there wasn't a repair center in *************). To add onto this extremely underwhelming service, I investigated obtaining a replacement caster myself. Samsonite has chosen a very uncommon design of caster, meaning my only option has been to buy a new one from AliExpress and hope that it arrives in time to replace.

      False advertisement. I bought a Samsonite bag in ********* a couple months ago.This bag was called in Underseat bag. I bought this bag specifically for the purpose of using it as under the seat bag. I wanted it for to take on my flight and use it as a personal item and have it fit under my seat. I went to Frontier on my flight and was prohibited from using the suitcase the exact way and purpose that I bought it for.The Underseat bag did not pass Frontier airline requirements.It is impossible to have an underseater bag for each airline. The bag should be compatible with each airline requirements. I paid $69.99 for the bag that I can't use any longer. I paid fine $99.00 for using this bag on my flight.If I would know that the bag is not the underseat bag I would never buy it.As a result, I paid $168.99 in vain only because the bag was advertised as underseat and it is not.I would like to be reimbursed.I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.The Samsonite customer service did not solve my complain.

      I came in to ask question about building service. Heard a man yelling at a young girl. Came back the next day and saw this girl going to her car crying. I dont know what business they are but it isnt good.

      Samsonite has an alleged 10 year warranty on their products. I purchased a ***** Spinner 24 suitcase in June 2023 and took one trip and whilst walking down the street the wheel collapsed. After contacting the warranty department I was instructed to send the case to a repair center - seeing the closest center was 4-6 hours away I could not drop it off. I was going to send the case but the $77 price tag gave me pause. I contacted the warranty department again with more pictures and they deemed the warranty unusable because the bag must have sustained trauma beyond "normal use". I find it difficult to understand this decision as I took one trip and the wheel collapsed while rolling it down the street. They would not entertain the possibility that the materials used to construct the suitcase might have integrity issues. I believe this " warranty" is a sham and want to warn others about this company and it's fraudulent promises.

      worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been having issues with my mobile device and since beginning of June and still to date have not received any resolution to repair my device. first they too three weeks to let me know they need $99 to repair it, after paying the $99 they returned the device they claim to repair with physical damaged, and I've been calling ever since. here it is three weeks later still no answer as to how they're going to fix the device, they have way too many departments to keep transferring you to and then they tell you to wait 24 hrs for a call back being that the department that makes the decisions has no number for you to reach them and there is never any supervisor available, plus i dare you to get a rep on the phone that speaks Propper English. i will tell anyone run from this company its terrible.

      I purchased luggage and a travel bag for my daughter. Both items broke the first time she used them about two months after she received them. Samsonite refused to replace the items or give her a refund. They told her she could ship them back to them and pay for them to be repaired. She tried emailing them again but they wont reply. I have never heard of such terrible customer service.

      They have terrible customer service. I made a purchase and found out later that I no longer needed it. About 2 hours after placing the order I tried to cancel it, but they said they cannot cancel the order due to their policy and it had to continue to ship out and then ship and return it. They said it was their policy which is not located on their website and the only way you would know is by contacting their customer service directly. It is fraud that they do not post that on their website.
