    WAS TOLD TRANSMISSION WOULD BE $2050.00 AND THEN WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A $400.00 CORE THEY DIDNT WANT BACK AND I COULD JUST SELL IT FOR SCRAP AND MAKE LOTS OF MONEY. i EXPLAINED I'VE BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND THAT SCRAP WOULD BE AT MOST $12.00. i SAID WHY WOULD YOU EVEN CHARGE A CORE IF YOU DON'T WANT THE CORE? I WAS THEN TOLD THEY WOULD WAIVE THE CORE AND MY NEW TOTAL WAS $2300.00 HAHA I ASKED HOW DID YOU GET TO $2300.00? I WAS TOLD TAXES; I ASKED WHAT TAX RATE ARE YOU CHARGING AND I WAS TOLD WE CHARGE 12%. I EXPLAINED I WAS TAX EXEMPT AND HE SAYS IM SELLING THE TRANSMISSION OUT OF ********** HAHA I SAID YOU'RE SELLING THE PARTS OUT OF FOXBORO MASSACHUSETTES AND THEREFORE YOU CAN"T CHARGE MORE THAN 6.25%. I WAS TOLD I WAS WRONG. SKETCHY PRACTICES. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DIDN'T BUY THE TRANSMISSION.

    Scammers. They sent me a broken transmission that was also the wrong size. I wanted my money back after just 2 days of receiving the item and they refuse to pay for shipping.

    Connected with them after 4 failed attempts to obtain a used engine from other companies. Plenty of assurances that they were different and was able to provide a fully tested/inspected engine for my 2002 **** Escape. After @ one week they finally sent me a few very poor pictures of an engine.. I could not tell if it was even cleaned. They would not provide me a copy of the inspection report.
