Do NOT use this company. Our in ground pool has a crack in the plumbing between the filter and the skimmer. At first they were responsive and came out to look at the problem, but the cracked part is encased in concrete, so they said they'd have to come and jackhammer the concrete away and fix the issue and fill the hole. They manipulated the situation to seem like they knew how to fix the issue, but when they came out and dug the hole in August, they didn't know how to fix it. Rather than contacting us to communicate the issue and that they were coming up with a plan to fix it, they didn't say anything and left. After seeing a 4 foot hole I repeatedly had to call for weeks to get someone to come back out. Their office staff is rude, and no one communicates with clients. I finally after calling about once a day got them to send someone to come out on 10/22. This morning he showed up and made the hole in the concrete bigger and then left with no explanation by 9 am. I had to call twice to get any information because no one ever calls me back, and the owner wasn't even aware of the situation when I finally spoke to him. Now I have a larger hole after 3 months which is probably causing long term further damage to the pool. It's a safety issue to leave a hole that big and deep in someone's yard and their lack of communication and good customer service and I'm going to have to find someone else to fix this issue because I don't trust them to come back never mind fix the pool.
