      Company charged me a second time for a service that I already paid for 6 months prior. St Cyrs Pool and Spa charged my credit card 05/29/2024 for a service that I already paid for in full back in December 2023.I have attempted to reconcile directly with ******** on numerous occasions. I have spoken with three (3) separate representatives, all of whom have confirmed that this is a repeat charge that was paid back in December and that it is noted on my account that billing is to issue a credit. However, after over a month of waiting for a credit it has still not been processed.12/01/2023 Invoice # ******** for $351.77 12/02/2023 Paid $351.77 via **** 05/29/2024 St. *********** charged $351.17 on same **** 06/05/2024 Called St. ***, spoke with **** who confirmed it was a duplicate charge, she advised it would be 3-5 days to reflect credit 06/21/2024 Called St. *** and spoke with another representative who also confirmed duplicate charge and noted on the account that billing is working on it.07/03/2024 Called St. ***, spoke with ****** who confirmed that there is a notation on my account regarding the duplicate charge from December. ****** said she was reaching out to Billing again to get this credited back to my card.07/06/2024 As of today, credit has NOT been issued. It has been over a month since my first contact attempt to reconcile directly with ********.They did not have authority to charge my credit card and they have failed to credit my money back.
