Owner of about Johnsons Restoration and Repair, *** Johnson, accepted 3 of my vintage chairs on April 23rd, 2021 and agreed to replace the cane seats on all 3 chairs. I haven't been able to reach him since April 23rd, 2021. He still has my 3 chairs and hasn't been reachable via phone call, text or email. I've attempted numerous times.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/14) */ Contact Name and Title: *** Johnson Contact Email: ************************ I have unfortunately been going through family related issues since the onset of covid 19. This has greatly impacted my family and business. I have lost all customer contact information as well. I will have a family member retrieve Ms. Stantons chairs from my workshop as I am no longer residing at the residence. She can can pick them up whenever it's convenient monday- Friday. I can be reached by email. ************************ I apologize for this unfortunate set of circumstances. *** Johnson Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/04/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) After I received the owners response to BBB, he continued to refuse to respond to my several emails. I found out that the owner stored my chairs in unacceptable conditions. The chairs were found in a barn on his property in a pile of other miscellaneous items. The chair frames have been severely damaged and look nothing like when I dropped them off in April of 2021.
