I purchased a Groupon for this company for (1) Deep Clean interior detail for an SUV in January. I used this Groupon in June. Here is what I paid for: Cost as is: $200 Option 4:Deep Clean *********************** for Full-Sized SUV, Truck, or Minivan Interior Includes:Shampoo all carpet and upholstery Interior - Stain removal Interior Disinfectant Water extraction on all carpet, ****************** mats Clean all ******************** fine brushes, soft cloths and specially formulated cleaners ************************************** Cup holders Gauges All knobs, switches & dials *************** Mirrors Seat belts Steering column Door handles Consoles *********************** interiors Head liner Seat tracks ************************************ Leather is treated & conditioned with PH balanced solution ****************** screens delicately wiped to provide streak free clarity Premium interior dressing applied to enrich tone of all surfaces Added travel cost for technician from ****** to Marshfield + Pet Hair fee via Venmo: $117 Technician arrived, with no shampoo machines. They told me I had to specify that. So for 300 dollars I did not get a single part of my car shampooed. His vacuum did not blow our fuse, no, it blew it so many times that it killed the physical outlet. So my car wasnt even vacuumed in its entirety in THREE HOURS. The only clean part of my vehicle was the dashboard. I have several photos of before and after and they all look the same. The business has been a nightmare to deal with getting a refund back. The Groupon aspect I understood would be a headache, but the venmo they basically told me I will never see that money again. Even though Venmo goes right into their own bank account. Worst experience Ive ever had with any business and absolutely shameful of them the way it has been handled. Do NOT recommend! Unless you want to pay 300 dollars for the same cleaning any drive by car wash could do for $20.
