Hi I purchased a bedroom set on March 1, 2025, very happy with the bedroom set, but that day when I applied for financing, it went through fine, my problem is the next week I received 7 denial letters from various banks saying I had applied for credit , I never applied to any of them, I believe they got my information from me applying at Jordans that day because all the ba is had pretty much had the same date. My information was leaked there somehow. I am very upset about this. I have always had perfect credit, *** had to report fraud and freeze all my credit reports, the credit report company had me file a police report. I didnt want to write this under a review but I had no choice, I called you twice with no reasonable answer and I emailed Jordans with no response. Bought a bar, mattress and table from ********* The bar has a crack on the top of the bar, one bar stool has a crack in the actually seat. We purchased a warranty but it is not covered under the warranty because it is past the first year and the damage is due to a manufacturer issue (according to the warranty repair department). ******** sent out their own in-house repair man whom was only able to put resin on the crack (which didn't change the crack as it is very noticeable) and unable to fix the stool chair (both pieces he claims cracked due to environment). The repair man said he would put in a claim to replace chair. ******** called us back and said they would replace the top of the chair (seat only) but we needed to pay for a worker to come to our home (which would be $120) or pick up the chair ourselves and change out the seat ourselves (this would be a over a 4 hour trip - round trip). One stool chair, new, is $200. We were told if we had broken it ourselves or damaged it ourselves they would fix it or replace it, by warranty. Absolutely absurd that if I damage it they will fix it but if the manufacturer doesn't make it right then they will do nothing. We took a picture, on the showroom floor, of the same piece and it had the same crack on it (the same location). Absurd the in-house repairman would say it is an environmental issue when there piece had the same crack and it is a building with temperature control. Buyer beware - do not buy the warranty, do not purchase from a company who doesn't back the manufacturers of their products, and do not buy from a company who isn't looking out for their customers.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

Bought a Sealy Mattress from ******** Furniture. I am so disappointed with ******** Furniture. For over 25 years I have purchased my furniture but never again. I called ******** to see what I could do about my Mattress that is only 3 years old but is no longer firm. The **************** said there is nothing that could be done because it is no longer comfortable . She continued to argue with me and finally said fine I will send you a link you send photos and we will decide what to do from there. This was over 2 weeks ago no link sent. When I asked why they couldn't send a tech out to see touch and feel to judge the mattress they said that is not how we work. Well obvious they do not stand behind there product. When I asked to speak to the Salesperson that sold me the mattress ******** said there is no need because the salesperson can't do anything. Yet they can sell me a Mattress but not stand behind the product saying that "this mattress should last you 8 to 10 years." It is not even close. I wished I had check the reviews because I was not aware that there are a lot of unhappy people with ********. Bought a dinning room set a couple years back. Now every chair and bench is broken. The straps underneath all have ripped and the set was barely used!! Anyone over 200lbs cant sit in the chairs, embarrassing! Ive called Jordans furniture and they told me I would have to pay to have them all fixed, how does that make sense when its clearly their product malfunctioning! I called the warranty company and they came out for stains , the technician looked at the chairs underneath when we explained what was happening and he couldnt believe it! He even took pictures of them! Very disappointing as my family and I have also purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Jordans in the past and never had these issue or such poor quality. Also when speaking with the customer service **** she had told me they even discontinued the set- so clearly there are some major issues with this set.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

Interviewed with *** from HR. First ten minutes of the interview were okay. My location is listed on my resume, so it was odd when *** asked where I was located and how far the commute would be. I gave her the information and shared I was comfortable with a hybrid approach. The conversation ended shortly after, it was a total 15 minutes. A week goes by, then I get a phone call from ***. She tells me theyre going forward with different candidates. Literally less than 30 seconds later I get an email saying the same thing. Overall the process was disappointing, she could have saved us both time if she actually read my resume, and on top of that giving me two forms of rejection within 60 seconds comes off as very disorganized and totally unnecessary. Someone with over 10+ years experience with the company and with the HR team really should be more professional.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

I have been dealing with ****** regarding a tv console I purchased few years ago and is now out of warranty. It's an expensive console and it has over the past few years have the slats on 2 doors pulling away from the doors itself. There is no one to fix them as I've called around and they say no parts available. I would hope that over the years that we've bought alot of furniture from ************** they would make things right. So far no luck.I'm stuckJordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

We ordered a leather reclining couch August 4th, 2024. Delivery was December 3rd with a broken right side motor in the head rest. *** for the repair part is April 2024. Last night the motor on the left side broke with the recliner in the open position. Called Jordans and spoke with a very unsympathetic customer service representative that scheduled a repair visit for February 6th with the statement of If the motor needs to be replaced, the time frame will be ***** weeks for repair parts. If the couch needs a new motor and the part arrives around July, we will have had a non-working couch for almost a year. Our first and last purchase from Jordans. So glad we paid the extra for the Peace of Mind furniture warranty. Uselessbuyer beware.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

Bought a mattress 1.5 yrs ago - warranty is 10 yrs. Already sinking in- had guy come out to look and measure where it was sinking. Just received a call saying that it was close to getting a new one but not close enough! I am the only one that sleeps on this mattress and weigh 128 lbs. I am so upset! I was going to buy more furniture here in the near future- but this has quickly changed my mind!! Now I have to invest in another mattress ! My last mattress lasted over 15 yrs! Was sinking- so that is why I needed a new mattress. Sorry but this is not good customer service- word of mouth goes a long way.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

Hi - I'm writing to you all today with a serious issue. I purchased a dining room set (along with other furniture in 2019). About 15 minutes before we sat down for Thanksgiving, my dining room table completely buckled. The tracks split and could have SERIOUSLY injured someone. Thank God my kids weren't under the table and I acted fast as the leaf fell onto my elderly aunts lap. I called customer service the next day and submitted a claim. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and then it went off the rails.I got a call back the next stay stating after reviewing the photos. I was told they could fix the table with new tracks and would get back to me in 7-10 days with pricing for the parts. This was a design and structural issue NOT something we did. I waited over a week and no response. I call back today and find out that the information I was given was FALSE and the manufacturer doesn't make the table anymore OR have the parts. You'd think given the 5 year protection was only a month or two past due, but NO. ******** wanted to give us $100 credit. This is completely unacceptable. What is $100 going to do on a $1,500 table that we did NOTHING to damage. Not to mention the issues we had with chairs over the years. One would think they would try and make this right and at least give us a comparable table after telling us they at least had the parts that could fix it. Had I not called, I bet I wouldn't even be notified this wasn't the case. Misinformation all around!Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

Purchased a King size Extra-Firm mattress (Black Beauty Rest by *******) from Jordans furniture with 10 year warranty. Less than four years later the mattress has sunken in several areas causing horrible back pain. We regularly rotated the mattress as suggested by Jordans furniture.We Sent in numerous photos supporting our claim and all they could do was send us two foam pieces to put under the boxspring and/or mattress. We tried both and needless to say it did not help at all. Very disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of our purchase from Jordans and will no longer be purchasing mattresses or any furniture from Jordans Furniture again. They also sold us two king-size pillows at $50 each. Those two pillows were also very low quality and had to be tossed.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

We filed a complaint with BBB because of the very poor quality of the ******* Extra Firm mattress that we purchased from ******** Furniture in ****, **. After 3 years, there was a noticeable sag on both sides. Now after 4 years, we are experiencing back issues due to the sag. We would like a refund or a credit for the $2499.00 that we spent.
