The mystery boxes are mostly trash items that are literally not returns like they claim. They buy junk from Goodwill and resell it. Had several items with goodwill stickers, some poorly scratched off with residue clearly showing. The only mystery is how i managed to give them my business. Ordered three triple plays and received two partial orders and only one complete. Im missing a makeup box, and a clothing box. I received the others. Two were the exact same. The clothes boxes were probably the best part, but unfortunately i only received two out of the three i paid for. Took a month for the first to arrive and the second two i received only after contacting customer service in which they finally shipped additional partial orders. The goodwill items from the merchandise box is really just seasonal trash like garbage, ornament hooks, and elmers glue. Who returns glue? Lol. The worst item was hands down the musty smelling items in the what i presume is a goodwill box given all the evidence. Also received a used breast milk pump, weird I know, the most disturbing item i received by far was the picture album with several pictures or a family from 2006-2007. May take to social media to find the owners thatd be one positive from a negative experience.
