    I placed an order with Discount Hq for $119.98 USD. I waited for weeks, order never updated. After expressing I wanted to cancel my order, I received anyways. I ordered a target, *******, and Amazon mystery box. let me just say this place is probably the biggest scam Ive ever seen. The box I received, was a box of things that came from dollar tree and goodwill. How do I know? Because the tags were on there. I received OPENED sanitary napkins (menstrual pads), a childs book with what appears to either be ketchup or bodily fluids hardened on the cover. I received maybe $10 worth of dollar tree items. Not a single item was from any of the places In the descriptions. I paid $119.98 and received maybe $10 worth of opened used items. I have plenty more photos if needed.

    I placed an order on 1/12/2025 in the amount of ******. It was supposed to be 4 mystery boxes and 1 Amazon mystery bag. After more than a month and I contacted them I received a box of essentially trash. 1 box not 4 as I ordered. I am missing a mystery Amazon bag, cosmetics box and a clothing box that I did not receive at all. Ive contacted this company several times thru phone and email. First was told my items were sent. Then after I explained I did not receive all and the packing slip proved it. Then Ive been told twice they will be shipped as soon as possible. Still nothing. Of course the shipping tracking says it was delivered but not my complete order!

    On February 12th I order (1) one small mystery box with a value of $175. Four weeks and one day later I sent an email asking for a refund because my order was still in the processing stage. Two days later I receive a text message stating my order was being shipped! I received my order a today! Full of junk. Ten items with a value of less than $20 maybe!

    I ordered a mystery box, and it took weeks to process my order, another week plus to ship it, then when it arrived, it was not as stated in the description. Items were opened and used, and the description stated it would be new items. I want a full refund.

    Been waiting on my order for over 5 weeks. You call them and they hang up on you multiple times. You email them and apparently the ticket gets sent out and will be responded within ***** hours still have no package at my door. No responses and obviously cant get my money back. Big scam artist. Sorry people just scamming good people.

    I placed and order and emailed to cancel. They responded on Feb ******* that they processed the refund. Its march 7th and still no ************** is sketchy and unresponsive, phones never work!

    Ordered a box on 2/16.( ******) never recieved an update, emailed them on 2/24. Only to get an email on 2/26 saying well recieved your order email, someone will get back to you in ***** hours. No one has. Pretty sure Ive been scammed.

    I was going to buy a full pallet from *****************************. In ************* but I figured Id buy a mystery box to get a feel on the products and service. And I got a feel. A very bad feeling. It took almost 3 week to come. After I emailed and called numerous times. Then I got it. I could find better items going through dumpsters outside of ******** store. And Im being as serious as I can when I say that. Unbelievable. Dirty used cheap. Stuff animals. A used MOP!! A burned cheap top for a small fish aquarium. I have a video I would love to show people. Oh. And a used baby tether toy!

    On November 4th I ordered a mystery box from Discount headquarters for $100. The purchase was intended as a Christmas present. Although I contacted the company multiple times my package never shipped. consequently a shipper label was created. Initially I saw the advertisement on ********.
