I purchased product from this company and realized I was scammed as well as a countless number of people that have ordered from these people. Im trying to get a refund and hopefully have this company taken down so they stop scamming other people.Business response

They advertised the mystery boxes were all new items in the package I bought! Several of the boxes were opened and ripped, a box of nail polish were missing 2 bottles of polish, heating pad does not even heat up to warm, lightbulbs that were 2 different kinds.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 boxes. Received only 1. Have sent multiple emails attempting to get the other 2 boxes, but have yet to receive. I spent over an hour on the phone with a **************** representative and after asking to speak to a Manager was hung up on. Tried calling back and have been on hold for now 30 minutes and still no live agent to speak to. Will not have my packages timely, if at all, and am out $100.Customer response

Received a small box, with was suppose to be a pallet, and all of the merchandise is old,A Furby, which is a **** toy, broken and eyelash missing; a used Puzzle, that had a name written on the front; an old deck of cards, with blood smeared on them(health issue) and its old old stuff. I placed the order August 20, 2023 with hopes to receive the product. I have not received the product, I called October 2, 2023 to request a refund and was told that one would be received. I purchased 3 mystery boxes ($49.67 ea) and a cosmetics box ($44.98 ea) on 7/30. The estimated time for delivery was "3-4 days" and "all items are BRAND NEW" which are still noted on the website. On 8/7/2023 I attempted to cancel my order since these items did not ship or arrive in the expected time. I received a response back on 8/10 stating the order has already shipped and a tracking number was provided. Several days later, I received 2 of the 4 boxes that I ordered. Upon opening them, the items were used, and one item even had a sticker from a well-known thrift store chain. On 8/20/2023 I sent another email stating my concerns, asking for a reconciliation for the falsely advertised boxes that I received and a cancellation of the remaining items. I continue to receive automated emails stating they are looking into my issue but nothing that solves the issue. I attempted contact again on 8/24/2023. I made a purchase with the company in March. It is now August and I have not received the order. Every time I reach out to the company they tell me the order is packed and will ship the next day. They printed a shipping label 2 weeks ago. The shipper has not received the items. I have requested a refund. However they refused.Business response
