    Before coming to this dealership, I spoke with someone over email to discuss the final price with all fees and taxes included. I was given a number, and when I drove over an hour to go in person, they refused to honor what I was told in the email. They said that all their cars are listed $2000 less than they actually are. Just list the car for the price it is, stop lying to your customers just to get people in. I wasted so much time here. Classic bait and switch. Do not go here if you value your time, money, and honesty.

    DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I would have read the views before purchasing my 2021 Kia **** I have own the car for less then 30 days! and have problems since day one of buying the car which the dealership proceeded to tell me wasnt a major issue. It started with brakes that they said was just ***** come to find out they were put in completely wrong and the steering! Have brought my car back multiple times for them to tell me that Im just a bad driver and theres nothing wrong with the car!! Brought it back multiple times to get it fixed! Within my first 30 days of owning the car, its been in the shop for 18 Of those days! And when I called the dealership to get a refund or an exchange on my car, they are now not calling me back in when calling corporate!! They are also not calling me back! The business is horrible. Dont buy a Kia ****

    Purchased a *015 Kia * yrs ago, been having hesitation problems from day one, took it back and they said nothing was wrong with it! Faithfully change my oil every ***** miles and the oil is disappearing and its not leaking on the ground, took it to them again they finally did an oil consumption test, drove it ***** miles brought it back with not a drop of oil in it! Supposed to do the second part of the oil consumption test, now they are telling me thats not the problem so didnt do the second part of the test, telling me the oil is going into the valve cover gaskets! Supposed to order the part Ive called. 4 times and left voicemails and no one is returning my calls! Also tried to tell me it was covered and I have an extended warranty and it is covered! Also told me warranty wasnt open on Saturday and I went outside and made the phone call myself and warranty was open ! Its got an awful oil burning smell and I feel my engine is going to blow or its going to start on fire! I know there is a class action law suit against them for this problem!

    DO NOT GO HERE! Purchased my 2017 *** ******* here in 2019, thankfully also purchased the extended warranty. With only roughly ****** miles on it the engine blew, also ruining the intake manifold. They have had my care for 3 1/2 MONTHS!!!!!!!! Three and a half months and every day tell me "one more day." They tried to tell me that after finally starting it up they think it has an exhaust leak, I told them the vehicle was quiet as a mouse until the engine blew up. All of a sudden today, "good news no leaks!" Now he changed it to, "oh I think you need a battery." I said absolutely not, I want my car and I will replace the batter, don't care, *** is not replacing it! Can never get ahold of the service department. I literally screamed for the manager and the employee said no and hung up on me. Absolute NIGHTMARE! I wont even get into the hassle I had just getting the blown engine covered under the warranty that I pay for and how the REFUSED to give me a loaner even though it's in the warranty.

    DO NOT GO HERE.... HAD TIRES AND OIL CHANGE... soon as I get down the road. abs lights, low tire pressure, check engine dummy light... called in they said yah just come back tomorrow... go ahead call out of work a second time to have something fixed.

    Leased a brand new 2022 in nov. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************** January they said there was nothing wrong with it the issue continued finally again in June took over an hour to start brought it in the replaced a bad alternator didnt have the car for over a week I picked it up on a Friday Saturday it didnt start again the have had it again for almost 2 weeks trying to figured it out meanwhile Im paying for a rental out of pocket and the payment they will reimburse me when the problem is solved so Im paying over **** a month to not have my car a use a crappy rental.
