I bought a vehicle on 12/4 for **** from them. Knowing it wouldnt be perfect. They falsely advertised the vehicle stating it was checked by service, work was done to it, etc but to me and everyone else they stated it wasnt touched. The vehicle has fallen apart since purchasing it (within days of the initial purchase) though I signed an as is agreement I was assured it would pass inspection. To my surprise I found out the horn did not work nor did the ebrake both NON PASSABLE for inspection. I contacted them and they told me to pound sand. I did my research and found out I am not the only one who has been fooled by them. I only wanted them to repair the car to pass inspection and the rest of the NIGHTMARE I would deal with. But they blocked me instead. They also started to make threats to anyone who reached out to try to speak on my behalf because I was BLOCKED. I spoke out on my bad experience and am being trashed online at this time. I am sure they will respond to this as well with their NEW story. Every single time they try to explain themselves they are adding in or lying about new parts to my purchase that didnt exist. They also are committing tax fraud but thats a different complaint for a different government official to hear. I do not want anything other than this business to be shut down. They cannot rectify this, they have only made it worse. I will be taking this to court and filing complaints with all the departments necessary. They are not even BBB accredited but I will post regardless to forewarn others from making this mistake.Business response

Pure lie. I wish businesses had a way to complain about lying shady customers. Good thing we keep everything documented. Sorry not even entertaining this. The customer needs to tell the truth. Needs to tell how we bent over backwards and stored a car for him. We were selling AS IS that he acknowledged, while he scrounged up the money. Which we never do. And if someone quoted him 5k to fix that car which im sure is another lie. He needs to be reporting them!Initial Complaint

- ***************** purchased a 2011 ************* from First Finance, as stated on all her paperwork. 2 Sons Auto Brokers was in contract with First Finance until we found out about there *** involvement, and shady business practices. What would happen is we would have a vehicle for sale. The customer would apply for financing, and First would basically buy the vehicle from us once they had an approval. Once they had and approval it was basically them selling the vehicle because they would purchase it from us to sell to the customer. They would then send there rep in **** to meet with the customer to sign all of there contracts and documents. But again, it wasnt our sale at this point. We found out on this deal they were doing shady practices. Like providing ****************** with false ************ temp tags. We as a ************* dealer, dont have access to temps tags period. Weve tried to explain this to ****************** numerous times, and we can understand her contacting us for the vehicle makes it look like it was purchased threw us. But she was well aware of the paperwork she signed, and the representative she met. As he explained the whole process to her. We have a copy of her contracts, bill of sale, and other docs. As we keep a copy for our records. We know as the customer she is upset, and this is one big reason, 2 Sons Auto Brokers broke contract with First Finance. But she needs to contact them and complain about them. Not us. We sold the vehicle free and clear to First Finance, not to ******************. We are doing everything we can to try and get this rectified for her. But there isnt much we can do. She didnt pay for the vehicle outright. She has a finance obligation with her financial institution. So she wouldnt recieve a title, the financial institution would. We dont understand how, 2 Sons Auto Brokers and scam is coming out of her mouth in the same sentence. When she was well aware she was buying the vehicle from First Finance not 2 Sons Auto Brokers.

I purchased a car that they stated had a correct odometer reading and gave me a odometer disclosure stating that it was correct but when I got home I realized that the odometer wasn't what they stated before the sale and it hadn't moved from the time I left the lot to the time I got home.Business response

Mr. ** from Roxbury Bitch(thats what he said to us disrespectfully) bought a 2009 Pontiac G6 for 799. But lives in ********* *************, and doesnt have bad bone in his body. Known to stalk and hurt woman. Yeah we looked into him thoroughly. Once he made those empty threats. The car was sold as is because it wouldnt pass inspection. Needs exhaust work. The abs and traction lights were on. So thats why the car was sold short money. He was fine with that. Went over the car himself. Test drove the car before hand, we have him on video. When he test drove car he did mention the steering was tight. Which wasnt true. Instantly got in the car and the steering was fine. He took the test drive. Opted to buy. When we sold the car. We put the mileage on the paperwork that it has at the time of sale. We personally drove the car for over 100 miles with no odometer issues. He registered the car right after buying. *** found odometer discrepancy. This customer is very rude and ignorant. Made some threats towards of the owners that the ************************ are looking into. Its insane hes asking for a refund on a car who clearly knew was as is as seen with no refunds. Actually signed paperwork stating this. Because when we stated just bring the car back even going against our policies. He said on a recorded line he didnt want to return the car. This customer is liar and no longer allowed on our property. ************* should be contacting him soon. They have all of his license info and info to the **** Edge he was in. This customer will not be getting any refund. If caught on our property he will be arrested.Customer response

I was on the Market looking for used car, and that's when I stopped off at 2 sons auto brokers on my way home from work one day. I came back that following weekend of Columbus day, and I had brought a friend with me, because she was looking for a car as well. I told the owners I was interested financing the infiniti M37 that had for sale. To which the guy responded, " I can have you in that car by 3 days." Assuming that had all the paper work I decided to follow up with them later on that week. I stopped by on the Tuesday to get them started on the paperwork, then I made my 1st deposit of $500.00 on that Thursday and the next day, which was Friday. The following week came and I reached out to see how things are coming along with the paperwork. After several Attempts to reach out, I got a text saying that they don't have the title to the car, and that it would take about a month or so to get the title. I wasn't willing to wait that long, so I asked them to try and get me approved for a *** SUV. Several days later I get another text, saying I got the approval, but I needed to pay more for a down payment of $1500 and the monthly installments were almost almost $500.00 a month to which I humbly declined. It was not a new car, with very high mileage I thought. I should not be paying that much per month when I was approved by another dealership for half the monthly installment, so I asked for at least $500.00 back when I went there to get my deposit. They were very unprofessional and treated me very poorly. I told them that I would come back in 2 days, and that I am not accepting anything less that $500.00 and I also said, that if I have to take legal action, that I would request the full amount, because of the way they treated me. Now, I am requesting the full refund to the amount of $1,000.00.Business response

I really wish business had the chance to make complaints against bad customers. Lets start here ******************** came in with a young lady to purchase a inexpensive ******* Sonata. Which turned out to be a great sale. While here ******************** showed interest in a 2011 M37x we had in inventory. We started the process. During the process, we noticed an issue with the title. We immediately made *** ******** aware. ******************** stated he was willing to wait for the title issue to be corrected. All was fine. Within a couple of days after, ******************* shot us a text stating that he couldnt wait and needed a vehicle asap. Then asked about a 2013 *** X5 we have in stock and said he wanted that instead. Stated that he was in a situation and needed to get it done immediately. ******************** from the beginning is well aware of our policies, that are blasted everywhere in our office, and in black and white on his paperwork. Deposits are non refundable because once we take a dollar, that vehicle is deemed sold. Now on the back end of that, if we sold a vehicle on a customer. We would be the bad guys. But we also did something we usually dont do, and thats tie up 2 vehicles for ********************. And being understanding that the M37 was going to take some time. We rushed to get him in the x5. In which everything was going smoothly. He came in on a saturday, said he wanted the vehicle. By the following end of day Monday, we were ready to move forward with the insurance binder and registration process. To deliver the vehicle. Then ********************, came with another excuse. He had a death in his family, and wanted his deposit back. We immediately referred him back to his deposit reciept, and told him we would discuss it. ************************* is a big reason we no longer take deposits. Customers expect us to jump threw all types of hoops. Tie up time and energy, and most of all work for free. After stating that we would discuss. ******************** started to give us the "work together as black people speech". But still didnt understand we run a business, and that speech doesnt make up for lost sales we could of gotten on 2 vehicles. Having to repost and remarket 2 vehicles, after marking them sold. And also the man hours of going back and forth with finance institutions, when dealing with someone with subpar credit. There is only 2 of us, in a small dealership that sells about 20 units a month. But he didnt or doesnt understand that. But after discussing it, we offered to give him back ****** out of his ******* down payment. And we came to this number after calculating all that was lost in this deal. But he obviously didnt understand that either. And that was only after we sold one of the vehicles that he has us take off the market. So heres were we stand with ********************. He can go threw on one of the deals he secured, or wait for the ****** refund. If he feels hed like to move forward in court. We can do that too. As far as his claims of being treated badly. Well thats another one of ******************** stories and the first we heard of it. And if he was being treat so badly, why did all by himself, opt to move forward on any deal. One thing we dont do is try to sell/pressure anyone into a vehicle. We have no problem selling vehicles. Because we sell the great vehicles at super low prices. Our customer base stretches far and wide. And of course once a customer tires us out, as ******************** did. The level of great customer service dwindles down. We are human at the end of the day. As of now, we can afford to invest anymore time into this. We've already lost a great deal. Those are his ************.
Thanks

I made an inquiry on a SUV at two sons auto brokers and submitted a loan application. They called on a Saturday, April 16th 2022, and told me they would get back to me on Monday with the verdict of the finance company as they were already closed. Monday the 18th came and they left a voicemail which I then returned their call. I spoke to the salesperson Terrence (who is also the owners boyfriend.) He said I got approved for that SUV at $298.58/month for a term of 48 months with $2,500 down. Which was great because that's what I told them I was willing to pay and afford. So, I went the same day and test drove it. I then sat with Terrence's girlfriend Atiya who is considered the owner, and gave her my $2,500 deposit ( which is more than 1/4 of the sales price!), we both signed a paper deeming the property SOLD to me and that all I had to do now was to insure it (which I did the next day April 19th), and the vehicle would be ready for pickup by Thursday the 21st. Thursday came and they text me saying they've been working on my "deal" daily and the bank found a issue on my credit now but they're going to work to figure something out. Monday the 25th came, they still lead me on, saying they were busy and would get back to me. Tuesday the 26th is when they text me and said I'm no longer approved for that vehicle but the finance company is willing to work with me on a newer model sedan that costs more, with a higher monthly payment and I need to put $1,500 more down for it. Nothing close to what I was looking for nor what I could afford. I went the same day to ask for my refund. Terrence said he's only willing to give me a portion of my deposit by Friday. After a little back & forth and I left, they text saying they would have their attorney contact me on Friday the 29th when they have a check for me. I haven't received any calls and I tried reaching out to their attorney and got no response either. I just want my $2,500 back ASAP so I can continue with my car search.......
