I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from ever doing business with this place. Buyers beware! You will get scammed, threatened, blocked. Don't know how this place is still in business.

Amazing service made me feel at home. I dont know with them other reviews I just read but for me dealing with them in a being on a time frame and not having a car out of town from where Im from. They made me feel at home in Specially the wife work but off to get me in the car and got me home safely even at a cheaper car payment, AND found me a cheaper insurance without a down deposit which means my credit score is not good and got me RIGHT! ***

Exactly 1 year today, the broker did not give me the Original title to the vehicle I purchased. I bought a 2013 ****** Venza from **************** on July 12, 2022 but they refused to give me the original Title. I made a full cash *********** was told the title will be mailed to my address within 24hrs which was contrary to the listing but I accepted because they gave me a copy of the title at that time. I waited, no title in the mail, I called the office on July 15, 2022 & ***** told me they are expecting the original title from the auction which was contrary to what they told me earlier. I texted the office line again on July 18, 2022 & requested for tracking number which wasnt provided which makes me believe they didnt mail it. After several calls and pleading, they replied to me on August 8, 2022, that they have the Title, and will let me know when to come for it but they did not get back to me. I reached out to them again and they told me they are on Vacation & will be returning by September 14, 2022, they never get back to me. On September 16, 2022, I went to their office, ***** told me that her Husband went to an auction and hes working on my Title and that he will get back to me when he returns from the auction. To my surprise, while waiting for the Uber outside, I saw the husband coming out through the back door and he couldnt say anything on how to get the title to the vehicle. They stopped picking up my calls, and my line was barred. On September 20, 2022, I received a text message from them that the Title was in a safe and they lost the Key to the safe, but they already dropped the safe off for the locksmith as they will contact me as soon as the safe was opened. Up till this writing, they never give me the title. I suggested returning the Vehicle, but they dont want it back. I have been to their office 5 times but gave me different excuses. They changed their phone number and moved to another place at ********************************************. I'm depressed

Now that the car is paid off I can write this review. The owners especially the female, No customer service what so ever. As soon as you have a problem with her business or cars, here she comes being RUDE bringing up your low credit score and saying the bank didnt want to take you and ***** blah. They need to start taking accountability that the cars they have on the lot are junk and they sell it as junk. Thats why they rush the transaction. The car I bought didnt even pass inspection because the emission was wrapped around the emergency brake which is illegal but they swore it was going to be because of my tints that I have a medical waiver for. I couldve brought the car back but who feels like hearing the demons mouth when she threatens her customers. And I also have their mechanic of choice on video stating they buy old parts and put them into the cars they sell. Place is a joke now I see why they have a lawyer on payroll. I wouldve loved to tell everyone they were great. In the beginning they were but as soon as you find one problem and bring it to them. Tuh. Good luck.

Horrible business. They put me through h*** the entire process and were extremely pushy and sketchy. They offer finance but they tell you you can't do it through them because they have a "72 hour rule" They didn't tell me there was a lien on the car when I tried to insure it which caused delays for me which made them push "deadlines" on me for the rest of the money for a car I gave them $1600 down on already. This all happened within 3 days FYI. One of the times I was there to fill out paperwork, the car wouldn't even start but I was already in it with my $1600 deposit. They got the car running, I took it home, drove it twice and then it wouldn't start. Cannot get an inspection sticker on it, it won't run. They are blaming me, won't honor their warranty, sending me extremely long texts that they only cover "major failures" which, a car not running I would think is a major failure, but according to them its not. They legally have to fix my car but they refuse. It has no sticker on it and I cannot get one and they take no responsibility. It stopped running within the 7 days I had to inspect it. I am now going to have to take them to court. There are 2 major failures here: my car not starting, and this "business".
