Predatory! I brought my car in for a si for tire they turned around with a 2400$ quote. They charge $42.18 to install a mini license plate bulb that can be bought for $3. PER BULB! Over $100 in replacing a light tried to quote install for calipers that were not needed. I left and got a tire and 2 new pads for under $500 elsewhere I can only imagine the older people getting scammed by this place its more expensive than taking your car to the dealershipSullivan Tire Co., Inc.

Hello ****, we would appreciate an opportunity to look into your pricing and recommendations concerns, but I am having a hard time finding an account under the email address. Can you please email us back with the full name on the invoice, store visited and vehicle so we can locate it? Concerns about the integrity of our business are taken very seriously. Thank you.Review fromJoanna V.

I am absolutely floored with what just happened to me . I was experiencing noise in my car and leaking power steering fluid so I brought my car in to be check out at sullivan tire... instead of being told the truth I was completely lied to , never actually told what the real problem was ..... i was being scammed into fixing things that were not broken. I was told that my entire rack and pinion system needed to be replaced in order to fix my car. Not only that but I was told in order to replace the R&P system that I would also need other parts that would have cost a few hundred dollars alone. I was quoted almost $2000 just to fix the car... I immediately got my car back and brought it to the dealership where I purchased it. The owner who also happens to be the head mechanic informed me that it was just a leaking hose!!!! I immediately felt disgusted and almost sick to my stomach to think about how sullivan tire was trying to scam me and take advantage of me. Their is a very huge price difference between the almost $2000 I was quoted by sullivan tire and the $450 it actually cost me to fix my car. Not only that but in fact I was able to fix my car , get 4 brand new mid line tires and an oil change for half of what sullivan tire was trying to charge me... also their staff needs to watch what they say in front of customers on the showroom floor... you never want to hear sales associates and mechanics talking about other customers and saying oh make sure you charge them the most we can.... I find them to be extremely untrustworthy after this and will never go to another Sullivan Tire location again. I do not support businesses that s**** over their life long customers. .. this also gets me thinking about other issues I've had in the past with this company and makes me wonder if things have possibly been broken on purpose for me to go back and have fixed by them days after having a small service done. I'm absolutely disgustedSullivan Tire Co., Inc.

I brought my **** fusion in because it died in the road. I was told I needed a fuel pump. $$$$ later it was done. A few day's later, the same thing happened ! I brought it back in and they said it was fixed. No explanation as to what was wrong or what they did to fix it!. Now I brought it in for a steering problem. Said it was a code that **** would no longer honor. Supposedly fixed. Again no explanation as to what was done and why. Now my cars been there for another 5 day's. No call, no information and when the rental car was due, I had to call and work it out so it didn't go on my credit card!!!! I'm supposed to pick up my car tomorrow and when I called Sullivan tire, they had no idea what was done, and what was wrong!! With the economy and losing a child, this is just to much to bear!!Sullivan Tire Co., Inc.

Hello ***, thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the lack of communication from the store regarding your repair. We had a mobile technician look at the vehicle on Friday, July 26th. The vehicle was repaired, and the manager wanted to keep it over the weekend to drive it and make sure it was all set before returning it back to you. The vehicle was ready for pickup on Monday July 29th. We have already reviewed the importance of consistent communication to the manager, so this does not happen again. Please let us know if you had any issues with the rental as it should be billed automatically to Sullivan with the account we have set up with enterprise. As always, we stand behind out work and are ready to help if anything else should fail. Thank you.Review fromshannon q

WARNING !!! ??. The H*1*4***7*5*4*6*1*1*7H provided was embarrassing. I went in for brakes and rotors front and back. I was given a MAX * hour window. I informed them I had plans & would be walking around the area waiting. I came back at the * hour **** and technicians were casually having conversations outside of garage bays wasting time, as they were before I left * hours prior. The *-hour window became 5 hours. An entire day wasted, an over charge on parts, and non attentive staff. Please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!! $900 just for the ******Sullivan Tire Co., Inc.

Thank you for making us aware of your concerns about timing and pricing. Our sincere apologies that the repair ran over on time. It took longer than expected for the parts to be delivered and this should have been communicated to you. When the technician reviewed the brakes, he found the rear brakes did not need to be replaced. The front brakes included the replacement of pads, rotors and calipers. Have you received other quotes where the estimates were less? If so, please email them to ******************************************** with the documentation. We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns.Review fromM. P.

I am extremely upset with Sullivan Tire in Gloucester. Brought my 2013 ***** in for an oil change and find out after the oil change that the engine won't start. I am told a woman named **** would call me from ************ She never called, waited over 2 weeks. I was told it was a timing problem in the engine. I had to tow the vehicle to an engine specialist in ******* **, I was told that they ran the engine without oil in it. He said when he took the engine apart, there was no oil running through the oil filter, which is a clear sign that they forgot to put oil back in the car when they ran it. The engine is totaled! Sullivans response, it's odd the car came in running and seized after we changed the oil. Basically saying that I own the problem. The story details only get better but I will leave it at that.Sullivan Tire Co., Inc.

I just wanted to do a follow up of my original complaint. I must admit I was impressed that someone from Sullivan Tire responded. I heard from the Person at ************************* This process has been going on for over a month. An adjuster of theirs went and looked at the car within 2 days of the when I posted this complaint above. I can not believe how badly they are dragging their feet and trying to figure out any way they would not have to pay this claim. It is just unbelievable that we (************* Laws) let Insurance companies like this drag these cases on and not pay the claim. I have done everything these folks have asked of me and still they sit on this claim. My own company, Progressive, is almost as bad. You would think that Progressive would push this Insurer to pay the claim but they are only efficient at signing up new business and getting payments from their customers, everything else takes a back seat. You would think Sullivan Auto would want to avoid the bad press, apparently not.Review fromAmanda S.

My oil pan was rusted and was replaced by Sullivan and it was not properly sealed, thus leaking oil and rendering my engine useless. I've been going there a long time and I've never had an issue.Sullivan Tire Co., Inc.

Hello ******, thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. The area supervisor will be reaching out to discuss directly with you. We did not have the same exact tire in stock, when the vehicle was brought to us and we would have needed until Monday for the tire to arrive. We do have the tire in stock today and would be happy to switch it out for you. Thank you.
