CCS put a colletions on my credit report without ever notifiying me of the debt for $142. It originated with AAA and I have proof it was a fraudulent debt and should never have been a charge in the first place. I sent CCS a certificed letter to report this debt has disputed and provide me proof of the debt. They never contacted me or changed my credit report to show it is in dispute. I paid the debt to AAA before knowing it was fraudulent in July. I just found out what it was for from AAA. I have also filed a complaint against AAA for charging me a faululent charge and not notifying me of the charge. I want to collections removed from my account. I've had no luck trying to contact CCS collections and they never responded to my letter asking for proof of the debt.Business response
