      As many have stated I to found a charge for a membership on my bank account that I never signed up for. **************** is refusing to issue a refund. I'll be contacting my bank on Onday to have a reverse charge. Very sad I ordered Christmas presents from them and then get slapped with a charge I didn't authorize.

Before the 30 day free trial period was over, you should've been sent a reminder email alerting you that you were about to be charged, though it's possible that message could have been filtered to a spam or junk mail folder.

      We'll make sure that your account is refunded for any charges relating to your Christianbook Rewards membership.

      I have to say I got a lot of my Christmas gifts from Christianbook and I was very happy with the pricing and shipping, I've never had a problem with any of my purchases from years past my family and friends loved their gifts they asked me for the information on where I got them, so awesome great experience.Thank you, Christianbook

      I expected more from a Christian **** company. We only wanted to return/exchange a planner. We've been customers for so many years and they have really changed. Talking to the 'customer service' representatives is pointless. They are annoyed you have emailed or called in the 1st place and unhelpful from there. When Amazon has a better policy and better customer service why would we continue to shop with people who don't even want to help with a simple exchange? If it's something this small, how would they handle anything bigger or more difficult??

      On 26 Sep 2023, I ordered some materials to place in Christmas gift bags for an appreciation I singlehandedly prepare, provide for, and execute every year (3rd year) since COVID, in honor of my local police department . When I ordered those items in September, they were priced at $10.79 each. I purchased 7 of the items - one for the top two leadership positions and one for the leads of each division. After meeting with the Chief of Police's Administrative Assistant, I decided to order 5 more copies - one for the Sergeants of each shift as well as one for myself so that I may see exactly what I was giving, in its entirety. In order to save money, Because I also cook chili to feed 100+ individuals, I intentionally waited for Cyber Monday in order to get the items at a "Black Friday" rate. Upon locating the item on Cyber Monday, I found that is was listed at 40% off the original price. This is where it gets bad. The item was still the same price as when I bought it in September. However, now it was superficially marked up to $17.99. From $17.99, it was then marked down 40% by an indication of a line drawn through the $17.99 bringing the pricing to the original amount of $10.79 when I bought it in September. Yes, I still purchased the item because it is from my heart to do for people who selflessly sacrifice by leaving their families every time they go to work to protect others'. I was disturbed and disappointed by the practices I have witnessed from the secular environment, but I would never expect such from an organization assigning themselves as ************ I have personally seen tags marked up to the percentage point of deception only to be marked down on the same tag by that percentage amount in order to look like a bargain. I've not heard it second hand but have personally witnessed it. Again, I simply would have never expected a Christian ****** (by name) to follow suit. I still will purchase from them but if I find a more honest ****** to buy items from I will.

      Product: Brain Games Bible Crossword Puzzles I cannot believe this company is selling this book while knowing, that not only are the puzzles not Bible based, less than half actually are. This important fact should have been stated in the description, false advertisement... I wasted my time and money on this product and have sent it back to you; all of this was for nothing. Your buyer should be fired, they are obviously only doing their job for the money and couldnt be bothered to check the product. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Clearly honestly and integrity is not present and you have the audacity to have ********* in your company name.No longer a customer ******

      On March 30, I ordered a leather Bible, with name, a Bible cover with initials and several study supplies as a gift for my son. All was stated "in stock". Add extra 4-5 days for embroidery. I have received no communication from #Christianbooks I called today to be told their embroidery machine was down their computers are not working correctly and no knowledge of why the Bible was never shipped. Very disappointed in the lack of communication on a 200.+ order that was marked as a gift.
