ShopFreely ripped me off. I ordered 5 fans from them in July. They sent the blades but not motors. We immediately notified them of the omission. They informed me after the purchase that motors were sold separately, even though their website was clearly misleading and did not mention that. They never offered a return or refund. By the time I was able put in a claim with PayPal, SF denied the refund because it was after 90 dayseven though I reported the incomplete shipment within 30 days. Below is their email from the PayPal dispute, in which they say that it was beyond the timeframe. Following that is the email that clearly indicates it was reported within the time frame. Although they state that the motors are sold separately, that was not disclosed on their product page from which I ordered. Emails and messages are printed in full and verbatim below. The light kits are also optional and sold separately, which can be customized in color for either a one-tone or a two-tone look and style. We see that your order dates to 7/9/2021, and unfortunately, the manufacturers warehouse has a 90-day return policy, and we do not have the ability to accept this return.
