This company posted a vehicle they didn't even have, their email is not a working email, they're using a scam email, their phone number ************* listed within the BBB business profile is no longer in service, and all of this came to the surface after they got my personal and financial information and refused to destroy it. They have done the same thing to other innocent people, buyers who become victims. And no agency has done anything to stop them, why? They have fake website, no phone in service, no actual vehicles that are posted, it's a show only to lure their victims in then you can't contact them. For 3 weeks they kept making up stories about the vehicle not being available, going into the shop for repairs 8 times, all Lies! *****, ****** not real names! fake emails.

Thank you for reaching out to Champion Auto. We take all feedback seriously and would like to address your concerns directly and firmly.

Firstly, we want to clarify that while we received your application and email, we have no record of you being a client at our shop. You mentioned your identity was stolen a couple of years ago, which may be contributing to this confusion.

      Regarding your specific claims:

Vehicle Posting: All vehicles listed on our website are real and available. If there was a misunderstanding about the availability of a vehicle, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we assure you that our listings are accurate and up-to-date. No other customers have ever made claims like this.

Email and Phone Contact: Our email and phone number are active and monitored regularly. We have verified that our contact information is correct and in service. If you experienced any difficulty reaching us, we sincerely apologize and will investigate this matter further.

Handling Personal Information: We take the privacy and security of our customers personal and financial information very seriously. If you request the destruction of your data, please contact us directly, and we will ensure this is handled immediately. Dealercenter is the leading company that deals with customer information and we have destroyed your personal information and no information will ever be shared. You are solely responsible for the credit score you currently have. I would like to firmly state that we do not misuse or share this information.

False Claims: We operate a legitimate business and take accusations of fraudulent activities very seriously. If you have any evidence supporting your claims, please provide it so we can investigate thoroughly. Unsubstantiated allegations damage our reputation and will be addressed appropriately.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to take legal action against any unfounded claims that harm our business.

I do not have any kind of contract or receipt from this business Thank God!  They have the financial application with all of my personal information name, dob, ss#, address, employment history. That is what I need them to destroy immediately. I was a victim of fraud and Identity theft and I cannot go through that and will not go through that again, it destroyed my entire credit, my well being. This company has scammed others the same way, they lied to me for over a month about possessing a vehicle when they don't possess the vehicle like they did to others just to get my personal information.

I want everything destroyed and for them to confirm it's been destroyed through your agency so I have peace of mind.

      Thank You

Everything has been destroyed. We have never had any issue with clients for issues like this.Champion Auto has NEVER asked this client to fill out the application. She filled it out without our consent or knowledge. We did not receive any calls prior to her filling out the application either.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and before we purchased he told us it a was few issues with it that are easy fixes and that he will fix the problems for us no charge. After we got that vehicle had the vehicle for a week which when we was bringing our kids to school it shut down in the street and we had to push it to a gas station we tried to put the emergency break on cause it kept rolling back and the emergency break will not work. We called him he ignored us for hours then finally responded and said he is not going to help us. Then told us to have it towed to a his repair shop we did that. He said it would take a day or two to fix, we informed that we dont think we want the vehicle anymore he then said just try to wait till after the get fixed and see how its drives. We did such because we went through a lot already trying to get a car in our price range and it was getting so stressful for us. He didnt call us for a while so my husband went to where the car was at to see what was going and they informed us the car was ready for pick 2 days ago when my husband went to start the car it was dead which was weird due to the dealer informing us before purchase that the battery was brand new and we barely drove it when we had it. The men at the repair said thats not our fault we didnt do it which know one ever said they did anything. Well then after getting the car back home we are still hearing some scraping noise my husband informs the dealer he is being rude and nasty to us saying oh well you only paid **** etc and that he is going to block my us from calling him. We brought the vehicle to this mechanic he brought it to and he told (************** in ******* he told us that the other guys left metal in the exhaust and the emergency break is gone which would cost $2-3000 to fix and he had let the dealer know that before he sold the vehicle and that the 4x4 was gone and a few other issues. We just want our money back and to return the vehicle

I am writing in response to your formal complaint regarding the used vehicle purchased from Champion Auto. As general manager, I have thoroughly reviewed your situation and while I sincerely empathize with your frustration over the problems experienced, legally we cannot approve a return and refund at this stage. However, I remain eager to regain your trust by clarifying next best steps.

After reviewing our records, I would like to provide some important clarifications. Our regular business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. I understand you felt inconvenienced by receiving multiple calls from our dealership outside of those posted hours. For that, I sincerely apologize. In the future, we will be more conscious about limiting any non-emergency contact to normal business times.

Regarding the work performed on your vehicle, the exhaust system repairs were outsourced to Ecco Muffler, located at [address] and reachable at ************. I confirm that our dealership paid Ecco for that service and it is covered under their repair warranty. For any issues with that work, please contact them directly.

Additionally, I see that our original asking price for the vehicle was $6,800. As the final negotiated sale price was $5,000, excluding taxes and fees, I felt we provided significant savings off the initial list price with open and transparent information provided. This demonstrates our commitment to treating each customer fairly and compassionately. Our service team then focused repairs on the specific items we discussed prior to purchase. While I understand you wanted the car to be in pristine condition post-service, completely restoring an old used vehicle to a flawless, "like-new" state exceeds what was agreed upon and is unfortunately unrealistic for a higher-mileage pre-owned auto with natural wear-and-tear from previous operation. Our service team focused on completing the specific repairs we discussed to offer notably improved functionality and drivability - bringing your vehicle to industry standards - but some aspects may still reflect its history of prior use.

I hope this additional context around the pricing, repairs performed, and ************'s role provides clarification. Based on the vehicles high mileage, it unfortunately does not qualify for protection under ************* Lemon Laws. Once the vehicle is purchased, passed the state inspection and registered, we cannot refund or accept returns.
