    Stay away from this company, I hired them to replace two AC units with heat pump, one of them stopped working in couple of weeks, and **** will not come to fix and refuse any communication. Lawsuit is the one way to resolve.

    Buyer Beware....Can NOT find this Contractors License or insurance information and hey are NOT BBB accredited This Contractor caused water damage to my house in excess of 14K.Hired this contractor to installed a Heat Pump:Heat pump was installed incorrectly - unit not level and water safety features listed in Contract were not installed They did not pull an electrical permit and the work was not up to code. They did not respond to MA ************************ Civil lawsuit underway and they are not responding.Mass Save - No Help

    what a nightmare with this company. I was fooled with all the positive reviews. I had a new oil furnace and air conditioner installed..... Its pretty scary when after is all said and done that he does not know where and how to open the furnace to replace filter.

    I hired Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning because I needed a new Furnace and A/C unit. These guys came to my home installed the Furnace and A/C unit with missing pieces and didn't let me know. This install was done in May 2021 when October of 2021 rolled around and our heat didn't work, they told us that the heating package (needed for the heat) was on back order and they never installed it. He then came back in November 2021 with a crew that looked as though they were all on drugs and never fixed our heat! I went to the ************************ to the electrical inspector and found out no permits had ever been pulled to do the work! I continuously called Accurate Heating and Air conditioning and he told me "HE HAD A LIFE AND WAS NOT COMING BACK TO FIX IT!" It is now April 2022 and my heat still does not work!
