      Where is the option for zero stars? If you have a nickel allergy DO NOT BUY. They say their metal is hypoallergenic but really its not if youre allergic to nickel. I scoured the internet looking for tungsten carbide rings for females. I fell in love with their tungsten infinity ring. Huge mistake. Two days after wearing the ring (mind, it was a touch too large and we WERE going to order a smaller size and eat the 80ish $ of buying another.) I developed the tell tale signs of a nickel allergy and my heart dropped. Total waste of money. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Shame on them.

      I ordered 4 necklaces when they were having a sale 50% off. TungsgtenFashions sent me 4 necklaces about half the size they were supposed to be. I have talked to customer service explained the issue and keep getting the run around , those necklaces are out of stock but the website shows they are in stock. I'm very disappointed with TungstenFashions!!!****

      Hi **** - No on here is giving you the run around.  We simply asked you to send those back to us - so we can can replace them for you.  You stated you received multiple sizes - they only come in one size, so we simply asked you to send them back, so we can fix this for you.       Order two rings from this company 1st one broke that carries a lifetime warranty emailed 2 time no response very disappointed on the warranty end of things they are more than happy to respond to new orders but when it come to warranty on there rings it seem like there best course of action is just to ignore you and hope you go away

      I purchased tings rings for my anniversary and still have not received In a communication are tracking information line. It gives you no tracking details. No email response, no return phone calls.I am devastated that I wasted so much money.And feel really hurt That there has been no communication..I feel like I have been scanned. Shame on them .

      You placed your order over the weekend, we shipped your rings on Monday.  We emailed you the tracking number on Monday, your rings show to arrive to you in ********* this weekend.  On time and as promised.  We also called you and your voicemail says it is 'not set up'

      You have not been 'scammed' - we have been in business for over 18 years.  Your rings have been shipped and are on the way to you.  On time and as promised.

      Extremely poor service. Not reliable. I placed my orders last sep 2022. Those were supposed to be presents for the holidays. However, I have only received 2 out of 8 items on January 2023.I have communicated to them via email and even make personal calls even way back before the December holidays. But every time I call, all they say is either 'it's been shipped' or ' we will ship you new items' then rhetorical apologies which never helped. I have told them few times that I am no longer interested of waiting. I just want my refund but no comment about that at all.

      The customer service is terrible and none responsive. I ordered a ring on 2/7/2022. I sent it back because it was too big and they received it on 3/5. I've called and e-mailed looking for updates only to be ignored. I got a response on 4/22 saying that i wpyld receive it in a week, no tracking information provided. Followed up again, no response. After mentioning that I would make a report to BBB, today 5/9, I've recieved an e-mail stating that it has been shipped. Probably won't receive for another 2 weeks, if then. It's been an exhausting and disappointing experience to say the least.

Due to the supply chain issues that we and the rest of this country has been dealing with, we have been very upfront with you of the delays. Your shipment arrived today and was shipped out to you, as we promised. We even put a rush on it and it shows to arrive to you within 2 days. If you need anything else, we are always here to help.

      I received ONE phone call on 5/10 @ 9:37am, minutes before you responded to this review @9:43am just for the sake of you being able to say "We have also called you but your mailbox is full and have been unable to leave a voice mail." Someone named **** responsed via e-mail on 4/22 saying it has already been shipped and that I would receive it the following week in which I didn't. So, either your team's line of communication is off or you are just blatantly fabricating on what really happened and that's a shame. I was never told about any delays. I work in the supply chain actually so I'm very familiar with the delays and had I received responses in a timely manner and was advised of this I would have completely understood. However, there were dayS and weeks that went by before I received a response. I never received a response within 24 hours. Please do not try to make it as if I'm not being factual, if I need to provide those correspondences I will be glad to do so. Had you responded to me as quickly as you did to this review, this review would not had been made. Right is right & wrong is wrong and in this instance, you are wrong. I did finally receive the tracking number on 5/9, the day I filed a complaint. Thanks.

      Ordered online and it said ifnyou order by 3pm you'll have it Tuesday. Wednesday I called cause it didn't come and they said it'll be delivered tomorrow, Thursday. Thursday I call when not received and was assured it'll be here Friday. Called Friday still not received and was told they don't guarantee delivery times. Totally lied, deceived and took advantage, and after checking there are many such reviews. Pay a couple dollars more elsewhere. You may actually get what you buy.
