1 starI placed an order on 07/28/2025. And as of 09/22/2025 I still have not received my order and through multiple emails promising me that they have shipped my order, I have not received it. Now they have stopped responding to emails. My order still shows processing. At one point they promised that my order had been shipped express and still nothing. At this point I believe this company is a SCAM. No order and no refund. Please read their reviews, because they have done this to multiple customers.Review fromCONNIE C

1 starDO NOT BUY FROM TUNGSTEN FASHIOS!! My husbands wedding band got broken at work. I decided to buy him a new one for our 20th wedding anniversary. I ordered one on March 23rd. We received it with no issues, but it was too small. he needed one a half size larger. I sent it back, even spent more so they would get it back in 3 days. Waited for the replacement, never arrived, made the first of many, many phone calls to listen to a bunch of lies and empty promises. I finally cancelled the order on June 1st, here it is 6 weeks later, have never received my refund. I feel sick that I was taken in by a con man after believing all of the glowing reviews on the company website. One of these he will meet his maker and have to answer for his behavior, shame on youTungstenFashions.com

1 starThis company started out good. I have ordered 3 different rings at three different times. I received the first two no problem, but the third has turned into a nightmare. I did the usual reaching out to the company to find out what's going on with the order, they played the part real good for about a week and then cut ties with me and stopped responding. I read other complaints about this company and it's very obvious that they do not do right by ANY customer. While that $79.99 could have bought a tank of gas and maybe a gallon of milk I wanted my husband to have a new ring instead. I'm done asking for a refund or the item that I purchased since that obviously is NOT going to happen. I'm just warning other people about this company and they are not worth your time. **** this is for you since you were the one corresponding with me about the ring you go and and keep my hard earned money you must need it more than I do. 1 starI think its only fair to say I ordered 2 other times first and the experience was great.However, I ordered a ring back in February and they kept saying it was coming and did not. They then cancelled my order and started a new order. It finally came but instead of sending it in a box it was supposed to be in this flat envelope. That envelope was flat, torn open, placed in plastic envelope with a damaged sticker on it and empty, except a receipt.I contacted them and they stated they would get a new one out that day even though it wasnt their ***********, I get a letter from the ************* that I have 20 days to bring proof of my claim. I didnt make a claim and why would I keep an empty *********** disappointed and frustrated. Continued promises that are either lies or incompetence.TungstenFashions.com

What is why they sent you a letter. You told us to file a claim. 1 starThis company is ridiculously unprofessional. They dropped the ball every step of the way in my case. I ordered 2 rings. The rings didn't fit. I sent them back, they received them January 10. It took 7 or 8 messages to get information on the replacements. They didn't ship out the replacements till over a month later. My wedding was 2/22 and I didn't receive them until 2/18. I received them, without getting shipping information. I had to make 3 phone calls and leaving voice messages along with several messages through "contact us" to get a response. They received the rings back on 3/14. And refuse to give me a refund. Or a store credit. Even though I sent the product back within 30 days. I currently have no refund, no store credit, and no product. The attempts to receive a refund have been going on for over a monthTungstenFashions.com

Hi ****,
You placed an order with us for two rings, on December 5th, 2024 for two size 19 rings. You sent them back to us for an exchange, because there were to small for you. We sent another set and you received them on Feb 18th. You then send those back for us and you asked for a refund. That is well past the 30 days sir. Also, we did give you a store credit in full, for the rings and not only that, you used it to busy another set of size 20 rings two days ago! Unprofessional isn't a strong enough word. Since this post and their reply, I ordered a new set of items. I had no other choice since all they would do is give a store credit. My options were, find something and use the store credit, or let them keep my money with no items in hand. They are cowards. They lie constantly. The only way I knew they were shipped this time is because of the comment they left. There is no tracking information. Since their reply, they have deleted my account that has all the information of former orders in it. I have no access to the information or the ability to make a return if need be. They are corrupt liars that refuse to work with someone or tell the truth. I did not get the store credit until after I posted reviews. ******. Their "30 day window"... it took them over 30 days to get my replacements to me. I don't ******** that's my fault when they promised they would be to me within 1 week. They only sent the replacements after several different inquiries via messages and phone calls. They still didn't hold their end of the bargain and get the information to me when they promised. It was 3 days later that I got the tracking for the replacements. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's a wonder they are even in business. They are conplete crooksReview fromB. K.

1 starI just want to say how I NEVER write poor reviews for any company. This is my first time, and I am only doing this because of how unprofessional and childish this company is. My husband and I bought his wedding band off this website on August 4, 2024. When ordering it said it would ship out in a couple days. We waited for a while to get an email confirming it was shipped, it still hadnt, so I called them and they said they had a lot of orders but it should ship out that next day. Still didnt. So I called again a week or so later and he assured me it wasnt going out the next day. It finally did, I got an email confirming it was shipped on August 20, 2024 and delivered on August 24th. My husband and I liked the ring, it was exactly what he wanted and we definitely liked the price on it but we ordered a size too big. I ended up emailing the company several weeks after it was delivered and asked if there was any way they would exchange it. I wasnt expecting them to because they have a 30 day return policy but the guy accepted it and said that we would just have to pay shipping. No problem for us. I emailed them back asking if they could do a 3/4 size on October 8th. Didnt hear anything for a month so I emailed again on November 9th. Still no email from the company. So on November 18th I emailed again stating out unprofessional this is. He FINALLY emailed me back the next day and was shockingly unapologetic and rude. I felt like I was arguing with a teenager. We did not end up returning the ring and will not ever buy anything from this company again.TungstenFashions.com

Did you even read my review? If that was the case I wouldnt have wrote this review. Do you want me to post our entire email communication? Just so you know, youre ignorant for continuing to argue something that you are dead wrong about. I would have loved for you to exchange the ring. We loved it. You were the one who offered this is in the first place, and then ghosted for over a month, to come back and argue with lies. By the way, I only left 2 reviews :) and I dont know where you pulled December out of lol. 1 starWhere is the option for zero stars? If you have a nickel allergy DO NOT BUY. They say their metal is hypoallergenic but really its not if youre allergic to nickel. I scoured the internet looking for tungsten carbide rings for females. I fell in love with their tungsten infinity ring. Huge mistake. Two days after wearing the ring (mind, it was a touch too large and we WERE going to order a smaller size and eat the 80ish $ of buying another.) I developed the tell tale signs of a nickel allergy and my heart dropped. Total waste of money. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Shame on them.Review fromCurt B

1 starI ordered 4 necklaces when they were having a sale 50% off. TungsgtenFashions sent me 4 necklaces about half the size they were supposed to be. I have talked to customer service explained the issue and keep getting the run around , those necklaces are out of stock but the website shows they are in stock.
