      To Whom It May *********** written now several times (even emails on their ******** account) to get some kind of a response back, and unfortunately, havent received any. Why have an email address if you choose not to use it?I am a runner who volunteered as a water person on November 6th, 2022, with my friend. We both received this email which I now just see that we had less than ONE month (end of the 2022 year) to pick a race to redeem our free race. Which I believe I did under my account, I selected the *** race on April 16th, 2023, but now its gone. How is this fair and even okay to do to people?I wanted to run in this past spring race tried to sign up, but when I went to checkout with this code, it obviously was not valid. I also emailed about this and was hoping to get another code. Nothing. Now I cannot run in a race that I gave my time for? Whats more of a disappointment is the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and response your company shows. Moving forward, I will no longer sign up for another Yukan race as well as let ALL my friends (who includes a ton of runners) know what a scam this all is. You get people to volunteer yet dont hold true to the bargain. And, even we technically had only a month to register for a future race, then state that in BOLD writing so its 100% clear in the email and for the runners who dedicated their time. I thought, and so did my friend who also volunteered with me, we had an entire year to decide. Which would seem logical and the right approach to offering this sort of assentive. Its a disgrace what you are doing, your company should be ashamed of yourselves. Im a mother of four young children, so to take any of my time to volunteer is a very big deal and I will let everyone know about the scam of Yukan races and will share and talk about about this entire experience from top to bottom.Thank you,MP *******, **
