            I have reached out to your organization to get some assistance with ***************. We have sent letters and made calls with our concerns to *************** and they have not responded at all! We have been loyal resort owners for 32 years and have invested approximately $25,796 into this timeshare. Since our purchase, we have become increasingly disappointed with our timeshare. This company used manipulative tactics to convince us to purchase our contract. We have encountered several issues since purchasing this timeshare. For example: ? Inability to book anytime, anywhere. ? Unable to utilize our 2 weeks that were sold to us, many times we had to forfeit one of our weeks. ? Maintenance fees increased at an astronomical rate. ? Difficulty navigating the system to make reservations, and the timeshare has become vastly more expensive than it was explained to us. We have no other option but to exit this contract immediately, but we have no one that will send us any information to help us. Please help us get the paperwork we need to terminate the account and be able to live comfortably.

            The rooms were very nice. However the mgmnt, staff and ****** who tries to lure you in for a timeshare are rude. I was hung up on because ****** did a follow up call to me and I said we couldnt afford it. Ive called Mgmnt 5 times now, and they still have yet to call me back. Anyone of the cleaning people on site were very unfriendly. We wont be going there again
