Very unprofessional plumber didn't know what he was talking about and filed false claim with Gas Company deemed my boiler Inot reparable. Got another opinion repaired it as well as new water heater. This plumber was unquestionably out of his league. I went 4 days no heat or hot water. Still trying to get payment refund back from Gas Insurance American Solutions due to his report deemed in repairable . He has ruined my insurance coverage. I am disabled live alone don't drive.

The unit was deemed not repairable by Columbia Gas Columbia Gas we're not authorized the repairs due to the valve causing a flood getting all the electronics wet when the electronics get wet they aren't safe in cars an issue at any time we cannot assume liability when this happens due to the possibility of an explosion or carbon monoxide issues. It is stated right on the electronics if they get wet not to use. If this results to a fire due to this it could void your homeowners warranty as well.

This was one plumbers assessment of the situation. Unit Boiler was sealed no water damage as stated by him. Another plumber from ****** ******* *** replaced a broken valve screw was loose above the boiler which caused the leakage in the pipes. Repaired it there and got it up and running to give heat to survive. They separate company from Columbia Gas now Eversource are at the moment only honoring his opinion of this situation. He Advanced Heating Anthony ********* could not handle the repair and should have notified American Home Solutions to reopen claim for second opinion. Now status he has put my boiler in it is becoming impossible for them to honor my coverage at all. It is being reviewed one more time but has been denied several times so I am paying a premium on coverage I don't have if that is the case the status it is in now. Again Advanced Heating has ruined my insurance on this boiler. Also Disabled haven't felt well as being cold for four days no heat hot water unbelievable in my home but had to stay due to pipes water damage. As it states in every Safety guide gas valves electrical wiring and the electronic controllers get wet it poses a fire and electrical shock risk and potentially can cause gas leaks fires and explosions it must be replaced
