    3 weeks after I financed a 2011 ***** Pilot, it suddenly broke down. It was seemingly well taken care of by the previous owner. This happened hours before my baby shower 4/20/24. The dealership said to have the car towed to there but service is closed on weekends. I called them early noon on Mon and was told they would "squeeze" the car in in the afternoon and get back to me. I called in the morning they were assessing the vehicle. About 4hrs later, I got a call that the engine needed to be replaced, something broke internally. Part would arrive by 04/29 and would be ready by 5/1. I was previously told that a loaner is given based on how long the repairs would take. I was told that the General Manager, Brian H, makes the decision and DOES NOT loan cars to people with ***********. He offered to assist me in renting a car for $100 down and $40/day, but he was willing to cover $25 of the rate. I have ********************* I reached out to Brian as I felt I should be fully accommodated. Brian had an "oh well" type of attitude as I explained to him that I am pregnant, have 2 children and I work. Brian's response to my needs was to change my insurance or pay for a rental. Brian said that they aren't thrilled about paying $6K-$7K for a motor for a car that just sold. Also pointed out the number of miles I had driven since purchasing the car. It was confirmed by others in the company, that the choice to not provide loaner vehicles to customers with *********** is a personal choice of Brian's, not a policy. On 5/1/24, I was told that the part has been delayed and won't arrive until "hopefully" next Wed (5/8/24) and the car won't be ready until the following week (5/13 or 14/24). This has caused me stress while dealing with a high risk pregnancy. I have missed work and if something happens to/with my kids while at school, I have no way to get to them. As a GM, Brian H should be more understanding and accommodating. Instead he was condescending and dismissive.
