I had a new blade put on my mower and the mower was shaking. They did not want to fix the shaking and told me to leave rudely.

I was able to pull-up **************** account in our system and what I found was that we installed a tube in a tire on 05/03/2021. I can not find any service for a blade, a purchase for a blade or any other history with this customer. Please keep in mind that all *********************** are entered in the system and assigned a tag #, also a description of what services the customer is requesting. After that during the repair the mechanic lists all the parts that apply as well as comments on what was wrong, what was done and any recommendations they suggest. So there is no history of us doing any blade replacement in 2022.
