We had our Lawnmower picked up on August 1st. Within the last two weeks weve called and even stopped in to get a status on our lawnmower with no resolution. Weve called multiple times and left messages. They do not return our calls. The one time they did pick up they didnt know the status, said they would call back and didnt. I went into the store and had the same result. The status was not known and they did not get back to me.Business response

I purchased a husqvarna leaf blower October of 2020, it has been brought back 4 times to be fixed it breaks almost every time it gets used. I brought it back to be fixed under the warranty, they keep it for weeks every time and when I complained to the husqvarna co they said ****** needed to contact them. When they contacted them they lied and started the conversation saying we owned the blower for 18 plus months , our slip clearly says Oct 2020. They are not putting the fix order in the computer so it doesn't show up and they refused to give me a slip. I asked for a store credit to purchase something else they refused and said just keep bringing it back. The last time we picked it up was Sept 11, 2021 they tried to charge me $46 when i refused to pay cause it was under warranty they said " then you dont get a slip".Business response

I apologize for the late response to this complaint, apparently the email you have on file is not working and I was not aware of these complaints. So I apologize.
After reviewing ********************* complaint and going through his work orders on this machine, I found that this machine was only here twice. The first time was on May 5, 2021, where there was a recoil issue. The recoil was placed and the customer was not charged due to it being a WARRANTY cover part and service. The second time the machine came in was on August 9, 2021, it seemed like the customer was having issues with pull cord not retracting. Our mechanic was able to free up the pull starter, tested it several times and everything checked out fine. Also during this service visit the mechanic drained the gas and used ***************** Again ******************** was not charged. The manufacturer was contacted and we received a control # so this service was covered under WARRANTY as well.
I would also mention that during this time of service we were short staffed, manufacturers were in shut down, supplies were extremely low to none. As a small business we tried our best to service our customers even when the world was in turmoil.
