I filed a complaint in October regarding Ocean City Development and did received a response saying they would take me off their marketing list. I have not received anything until now. Again letters asking me to sell my house. It is being sent to my deceased husband ********************************* and I don't own this house anymore so I just want them to stop sending these letter of pressure to sell. This is my second complaint to the BBB. If I have to take this person *********************** to court I will do so. I want a written agreement from them that they will take me off their list.

I have requested that this business stop contacting me as I have not requested to do business with them. These calls are predatory in nature, trying to force me into the sale of my home, while in the process of a divorce. The nature of these calls is to victimize me further.I would like them to state the nature of their business and association with my husband or anyone associated with him, and all discussions or agreements made concerning my address. Other than that I want no further contact from this company, and I have stated such!

We are continuously receiving letters in the mail concerning selling our home from this company. Every time we call and want to speak to ***************** (whose name is on the return address) he is conveniently unavailable. We have called numerous times and sent the mail back with a note to stop sending letters. The envelope has a stamp but no cancelation stamp from the post office. We are NOT happy that they cannot honor our request. We are NOT interested in selling our home, especially to this company.

I was looking online at options for buying/selling a home. When I clicked on a more information option it redirected me to this company's website. It allowed you to check the address of the property you were thinking about selling. I only put the address of my boyfriend's house and my phone # to see if it would give us a quick cash estimate. When I saw that it would require a lot more information I closed out of the page and assumed that would be the end of it. However, this company looked up the address and somehow found my boyfriend's contact information (**************************** ****************************************************** *****) and they have been harassing him night and day with calls. He has repeatedly told them to stop calling. He has spoken to them nicely twice to find out who they were and why they were calling. He in no uncertain terms requested them to stop. They continue to call trying different tactics to get his business. He'll block the number and they will call from another. This has to stop. They've called 3 times in one day. It's become a game with them at this point. I was the one that only put the address and my own phone # in. But they are harassing him constantly. He has the call logs to prove it.

Ocean City Development continues to hound me seeking to purchase my home. I have asked 3 times to be removed from their mailing list and calls and they seem to ignore. When I call and ask to speak to the man whose signature is on the letter I was told that the name is fake. These people seem like scammers to me.
