  Date: 15 Mar 2022 10:30 AM Transaction Amount: $245.58 Agreed to specialized PC shipping from Westborough, MA to Omaha, NE PC arrived severely damaged, with repair and replacement costs more than double the amount of the shipping itself (replacement of graphics card that snapped off motherboard, motherboard due to dead contacts, and brand new cooling system installed right before shipping is now bent, nearly $800 repair value).

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/31) */ Hi Sayf, I'm very sorry to hear about the damage to your pc. What I can tell you is fragile stickers don't mean anything. The small parcel shipping industry...Fed Ex, UPS, USPS is under tremendous strain. The rise in ship to home commerce (you can blame the over use of Amazon and others) has become immense. They are literally just trying to move whatever they can. I spoke with my foreman who packed your machine. He has been doing this job since 2013. He wrapped your machine in bubble wrap, made a custom double wall corrugated box and line the inside of the box with 1.0 inch EPS foam. This is more than appropriate for a machine of this type. I personally have been in the packaging business since 1983, long before pc's were as rugged as they are now. We feel our care in packing was substantial. We do not control the shipping environment. We also do not know how secure everything inside your machine was at the time of shipment. It was obviously not shipped directly from the factory. Again, we are sorry for the damage. Hopefully you can get this fixed without too much bother to you. Kind Regards. We have no way of knowing what kind of condition the internal components were in prior to shipping nor are we responsible for knowing. We ship as is and do not warranty any result. As you can see, the owner of this business is extremely unprofessional... in our email correspondence I attached pictures of the item being shipped and anyone would be able to see that it is in perfect condition pre-shipping. If I paid for specialized pc shipping and the items arrived damaged beyond repair, one would expect a refund.
