    I am filing this complaint to bring to your attention that Home U (*************) is using my personal and professional information without my consent. The company is publicly displaying the following details on their website:My full name My home address My phone number My electrical license information At no time have I authorized or consented to Home U using or advertising this information. I have never advertised my services on their website, nor have I provided them with any of the above details. Their actions are a clear violation of my privacy and potentially state and federal laws regarding the unauthorized use of personal and professional information.This unauthorized display of my information has put me at risk of identity theft, unsolicited contacts, and damage to my professional reputation. Despite not having any relationship with this company, they continue to use my details without permission.Desired Outcome:I respectfully request that the BBB take immediate action to ensure Home U:1.Removes all my personal and professional information, including my name, home address, phone number, and electrical license from their website and any other affiliated platforms.2.Ceases any further unauthorized use or distribution of my details.3.Provides confirmation that they have fully complied with these requests.Please assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible, as the continued unauthorized use of my information is causing significant distress.Thank you for your assistance in addressing this urgent issue.

    Homeyou **** has refused several of my request to remove my personal & financial data from their website homeyou.com. I'm just livid about this is***. I contacted them months ago to cancel our membership and was told no problem you are good to go. however, I might add it took me 45 minutes to get to that point. I am no able to can't delete my information and they have started charging me fees for leads days after they are due for follow **** The opt-out page doesn't work either and when I call back in to speak to them they **** up on me. I am very close to getting a lawyer to *** these people because they are scam artists. I don't know what else to do except to start blasting them on social media and *** them. Please help me they are horrible.Sincerely,*************************

    ************************* signed up for our dashboard and received a total of 2 leads for carpet cleaning while doing business with us. An email was sent on November 4, 2022 requesting a refund of $37.88 for the most recent lead received the day before on November 3, 2022. The refund was granted and sent back to the original payment 5 days after the initial request. The lead received prior was from June 13, 2022 - this lead we are unable to refund due to the time past. We take great pride in responding to all of our clients on our portal, every call received from ************************* was answered and handled accordingly. The refund was granted in a timely fashion.
