    i am a small mom and pop plumbing business and the only business with the name registered in the state. I have never used this company and out of no where they made 4 domains impersonating my business which has created issues for my ****** verification etc. ever since they started our revenue was cut in half. when you call them they just deny and say there nothing they can do. ****** "homeyou leads impersonating my company" there are many articles

    Chad’s company has a very generic name, and does not have a trademark on it. One of our local sites happened to have a similar name. We went ahead and changed the branding on the site, as a courtesy. We consider the matter closed.

    AVOID ! They provide your business Leads, any lead, even irrelevant ones and charge you for them all. Then when you want a refund for the 95% of the irrelevant leads, they keep your money and give you a credit.HOMEYOU IS ACTING AS A BANK. In other words you pay for irrelevant leads just to get those credits for more irrelevant leads to your business. THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY, YOUR MONEY. You have to send them individual emails just to get multiple credits sad there own credit link does not work. I wonder why ???. You will NEVER get enough good leads to collect all their credits for the 95% of bad leads they provide. They refuse to refund back to the original form of payment unless you close the account. When you close the account, they decide how much the refund is. Plus you do not know how much per lead your are paying beforehand as the rate is variable.Two identical calls will have very different costs.You are better off hiring someone to do PPC for you on ******* Because that is all they are doing, at double the cost.Leads are vague with no detail. only a name and a phone number. I run an appliance business. I need Brand, model and serial number. We were on ********************** for two weeks. Received only seven calls. Very low volume. Paid over$200.00 and canceled when they refused to refund. Still waiting for a full refund. All the leads were irrelevant garbage or Stale.There customer service is prepared speeches and double talk.WE ARE DEMANDING A FULL REFUND.     Terrible customer service and very rude associate. They hung up on me and will not answer my call anymore. Do not use!

    They use bait & switch tactics. I requested for estimates on skirting for my mobile home which they showed estimates on then when I requested local contractors and gave my info they changed it to siding, so now I'm getting unnecessary calls. This should be illegal to do! It sounds they should be investigated for being a scam!

    They promise a contractor will call you in 24 hours and that is not true. After three days I still have not received a call back from a contractor, and one call taker said they still had 19 hrs left. I asked if they had a supervisor and they said no. I asked who runs your organization and they hung up. I had three call takers hang up on me. I think someone should investigate them. Their website promotes all these services and I think it is questionable. And there does not seem to be any information on a manager to call. All I wanted was someone to remove poison. Also there is a lot of phone beeping in the background and the staff is rude with one hanging up on me.
