              Petlink knowingly sends misleading emails about past due payments. These messages could easily lead the consumer to believe their pets microchip is not active unless more money is paid. I was/am surprised that this companys business plan, basically attempting to extort money through fear tactics, is being allowed by the *************************** whom I will also be contacting.

              I ordered a special collar for my dog. It cost more than others but it was reflective and had my dogs microchip number on it. One month later, no collar. I emailed them and asked what was taking so long. They said theyd get back to me. Another month goes by. I emailed them again and asked if they were for real. They said they would get back to me. Then I got an email canceling my order and saying they were all out of them. They would refund my money. What kind of way is this to run a business? Dont use their shopping business
