            I placed an order on 10/25 to sell items to Teststripz LLC. Order number ******. The price for the items at the time was $170 each, and I was selling a quantity of 3. Prior to shipment, the price for these items increased to $175 each. I was aware that the company does not adjust pricing after an order is sent. However, their ordering system allows you to add new items to the order before it is shipped, so I removed the existing items and added the items at the updated price of $175 prior to shipping. I confirmed the order total to be $175*3=$525 on 10/27, and I dropped off the shipment at FedEx.When the order was delivered to Teststripz LLC, they adjusted the price back to $510 and sent me a check in that amount. It seems that if I had simply placed a new order rather than updating my order items prior to shipping, this would not have happened. This is not honest business practice; I assume it was simply a technical error. My payment was short by $15 and I would like this amount to be sent to me. Thank you.

            This is my second time working with this company. The first time went smooth. The second time went even better. Was notified when they received my package. Approved my payment a few hours later and was also notified. I Was not stressed or worried about anything unlike some other companies I've used in the past. Will continue to do business with this company in the foreseeable future! Also shipping is free!
