    I purchased a Dexcom G7 Receiver from ************************** - order number #*****. After two weeks of usage, the receiver stopped connecting and began to malfunction - I received a defective device.I called ************************** three times where they collected my email address, phone number, order number, and said they would note the information and contact sales. Sales never returned my call. I called a fourth time and demanded to speak with sales instead of waiting for a return call. When the call was finally connected to someone - supposedly in sales, I heard the name '******' and I could not hear the last name. I said 'hello' thee times and received no response and then they disconnected the call.

    I apologize for the issues you had with our **************** team. Someone should've reached out immediately and sent another Receiver.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    **** gave me a call and said that he'd send a refund as well as a replacement receiver. The refund was issued on December 6th though ****** then today, December 10th, **************************  had the refund reversed prompting ****** to issue me a dispute fee/chargeback of $15 rendering my ****** account balance a negative at -$184.95. Now they owe me more money and I never received the replacement receiver either.

    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

    Hi *******, We're trying to resolve this for you but our ****** account is showing a successful transfer of $169.95. I've sent an additional $15.00 to cover the fee. Please see the attached transaction details, showing that a transfer of $169.95 and $15.00 were both sent and completed without any rejection.

    I shipped out products that were supposed to be paid once this company received the items. It totaled an amount of ****** for all the products mailed to teststripz. I received an email stating they were not going to pay out on any of it due to damages ect which when I shipped it out everything was fine.

    With all due respect, every single item you sent us was either expired or damaged. Additionally, and as we explained in our email and phone calls, we don't accept glucose meters, which is what you sent us.

    I have yet to receive my merchandise in return as your claiming to this day. The website stated your company purchases meters as included in the items I sent to sell and when I mailed the two boxes out the product was not damaged initially when it left my hands.

    Hello *******, As we've said multiple times, you sent us opened and expired products that we do not accept. We sent photos of what you sent us and not a single box met our guidelines. Our terms and conditions are very clear that we do not accept expired or opened items.  Please refer to the following: **************************************
