    Leaving one star because the Russian delivery team from ********* was very professional and honest with us (they told us that that the ************ at departure in ****** did a terrible job with our things, and that we should complain to the director of move and care but he has not responded). Long story short: as soon as they took our things, their ********************* stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. Our shipment was severely damaged in the move because the departure crew did not do its job of packing our stuff properly despite us paying an extra 1500$ for this and buying tones of bubble wrap and other protection things that they didn't use. We found our ********************* plates worth over 30$ each, glasses worth 20$ each etc. without any wrapping and tossed into boxes. It was a total mess and they also badly damaged a desk, a coffee table, a bookshelf, lamps and more expensive furniture imported from ***** and worth thousands of dollars (see pictures). I was stunned to see the way they had packed our things in their truck with barely any protection. The delivery team told us it was unacceptable. I will give them a chance to respond to our messages and file a complaint if they don't. I would not recommend Move and Care LLC and I really wish we had gone with another company.

    Very sketchy and dishonest people. Their driver created large tire tracks on our lawn. Accidents happen, but the company was very inappropriate in the way they handled it (or, more accurately, didn't handle it). After repeatedly expressing concern and claiming they would "investigate," they never did a single thing more than pretending they would look into it. I would never entrust this business with my personal possessions.
